From videos, most animations seem overacted. Like it takes a lot of physical effort for players to pull normal passes. Anyone playing the game can confirm?

Animations do feel a little scaled back on the full game, very easy to create chances on professional level, demo seems new and fresh but the full game feels like 2013 with newer animations, odd.

Can't see them yet so I'm guessing they'll need unlocking. You can play an classic all-star game though, Europe v the world and vice versa.

agreed on dribbling, training dribbling helps as well

I'm glad I didn't try any of the demos this year and am awaiting my pc version. I don't want the placebo effect to influence my impressions.

Lami is that true about the PS3 version being graphically downgraded from the demo? Assuming you're on PS3 of course!

Best feature about this game so far is using L1 plus right stick to manually select a player to control, and when you have the ball, to manually select a player to instigate a forward run. It's genius.

You can hold the right stick as long as you want, meaning you could be in control of Rooney up front, then use these controls to suddenly control Ferdinand all the way at the back. No more flicking from player to player. I'm defending by selecting a CB or CM, jockeying them to keep position in a holding capacity and using square to call in other defenders to win the ball off the carrier. More often than not, they end up handing the ball to the player I've been jockeying with all along. Makes you feel like you've defensively read the play and is immensely satisfying.

Same with attacking. You can now make any player do a forward run no matter where they are on the pitch. Kinda feels like the Wii version in that respect.

Shame I'm moaning a lot about this through ball issue because without that problem I absolutely love it.

Just spotted a volume option on custom chants. I shall try that out later but it should mean that even the loudest file that was previous,y too loud to use can be toned down so it's just a low level chant.

WOW...this thread is out of control at moment :LOL: So many opinions about the final game..almost too much. i forbid myself to post anything until i get the full game but after reading so many negative and positive comments I'm thinking of escaping this thread until it get the full game..

I cant take it any more guys...:CALM:

Sorry, but this is ridiculous in my eyes. It can not be, that different set up of day time , wheather, stadium etc effects the game speed. This is really bad programming. Realised this in demo 2 several times.

Also this rocket boost of cpu defenders is really a joke. This is really similar to the catch up bug.

For me pes 2014 is a Desaster. It feels so crappy to play it. I am very disappointed. Played the demo now for several hours, because I don't want to give up, but I am really hating this game more, each time i play it. I will stop by now and give retail version a last try next week, but I am not very confident, that the messed up response will be fixed, from the experience written down by other users...

Are you going on that video or do you have the game? The video wasn't a comprehensive guide to everything available - there will be different hair lengths, types and then styles for each (as before)

I'd love someone with the game to do a video of the kit layers and graphic files though.

After watching Bordeaux-PSG yesterday, Man U-Crystal Palace today and paying close attention to the way players move, the flow of the game, the ball physics, heading ect ... the demo 2 seems spot on, the closest thing to professional football ever.

I really hope the retail version is similar ...

Yes, I've just actually tested that out. literally JUST as I read your post the music started.

I put Z Cars on Everton and it works amazing. The only slight niggle is it then fades out once the short entrance cut scene ends and then it goes to the 'pre match' parts which is where you can assign another chant or music if you like.

I'm going to test Liverpool and walk along on the pre match and see how that works. But everyone's works great.... Just wish it continued to play into the pre match scenes.

Great news , thanks mate. I can finally have Local Hero playing as we walk out. Shame St James isn't in the game though...
