Whatever happened to this? I remember Konami held an event back in July and this was one of the key features taken from the presentation.

League mode for multiplayer online will be available on PES 2014.

League mode & transfers

Start league as Chelsea with no Atsu on the team already

Nice note on transfers in edit mode now, you can search for players so no need to go digging for them

I swap him over and save in edit mode...
Back into league mode loading my save...
And...

No he's not there

i think that is for master league or something mate, like a league with friends, no master league offline with a buddy vs cpu

Finesse shots on manual seem broken, u can never just hit a nice calm finish, or even any edge of the box curlers, as soon as you shoot with finesse button it balloons over.

I figured as much. Seemed like a lost in translation moment, but I was holding out hope for an online league mode (co-op vs CPU). Would have made 2014 that much better.

Mate, thats always been the case regardless of what PES, if u start a league mode and save it, then make changes, it wont pick up on them, try starting a new league mode and see if he appears then?

you cant edit mid mode. you have to start a new one.

I played a lot of league mode in the PS2 era and I could have sworn you could make changes in edit mode and it would reflect in your league. I feel like this was the case in PES 6. Could be wrong. :SS

It's just practice with manual shots. It was much the same in PES 13. I absolutely hated manual shots at first, but when you get used to them as opposed to the easy but predictable assisted shooting it starts to fall into place. I think the power bar is a little more sensitive in PES 14 on manual shots for what it's worth, but that's just my perception so far.

Guys, I posted earlier and someone replied, but I still cannot get 'Pass and move' to work. Has anyone managed it? Like in PES where you make a pass, press R2 and the player then makes an off the ball run. I use this really often for my full backs to pass to my winger and then overlap. But simply cannot make it work embarrassingly and I have no idea why? It's listed on the command list. Am I having a retard moment?

You now need to hold R2 + X, or use the classic 1-2 option.

Thanks Jimmy, although I am pretty sure I tried all variations of R2 last night and couldn't make anything work.

I don't really like the 1-2 with L1, the player seems to carry on his run for about 40 yards and goes way out of position as I only really use it for my full backs.

It's the single most thing that's doing my head in with this demo.

I think we should bombard Konami to create a DLC of Generic stadiums from PES 2013 to be updates and put into 2014!

I'll be happy if we see Rose Park, Stadio Orine, Mohammed Lewis etc.. all back at some point this generation.

Nope... that was actually pretty helpful. We all know HOW TO SPRINT, but in PES 2014 you have to know the tricks of the trade. It's not like in previous PES versions. That video might come in handy to a lot of people, including myself.
