I know, but we need to see it on player stats. Hope its fixed on release, as its a massive oversight; can't be pressing help to keep figuring out each player's cards, and I can't memorize them all visually!

This must be a Level of Detail thing. I think we would all prefer for it to be toned down so it runs better than the lag we see now. I think this is the problem here with the demo. The lag.

I noticed the replays speed were similar to when you run PES 2013 without the frame skipping option activated. I don't know if it will be solved for release, but maybe Konami made the replays that way to avoid heavy stuttering.

Refs seem better, the fuck on the leaked demo can stick his whistle down his dick-hole! Sent me off way too many times. Just going to have a pop on WE version see if any difference. Just loving this game.

Yep ref is better in this demo. Only issue I have is if I hack someone after the ball is gone he'll blow up instead of letting play continue and carding me when play stops.

Playing WE version..Looney. Love the commentary from the Japanese guys. As usual it just feels better but that has never made any sense to me. But with every WE version i have always seems better, tighter in the controls and just more polished. But what do i know?

Can someone please tell me how the hell did we change the ingame mentality of our team. I dont see the option to put my team all out deffence or all out attack. Like in PES 2013 where you press SELECT+ R1 or R2

It's gone now. I'm assuming it's in the new fandangly L2 system in a different guise though....

I swear they've used Oprah Winfrey's face for Rafael. Got to be WE version buy for me. Jimmy download it and tell me it doesn't seem better. Lami, Klash any of you guys.

You know what i think Superstar is broken on this demo.

Top player and professional don't have these bad responsiveness issues that I see on Superstar. Again it plays more fluidly on Top Player.

Hmmm. The pace seems great on Top player.

it's seems to be pretty dumb, worse than the first demo...

More thoughts after a few more games:

The goalkeepers need a little more polishing. It just feels like they're somewhat incomplete. They are MUCH better at dealing with low shots now, pulling off great leg and line saves, but they seem to have problems with dipping or rising shots.

The CPU defenders are beastly. They close you down immediately, sticking their foot out, jumping, doing anything to get their body in the way of the ball. It does need balancing though as the physics and animations get a bit wonky after collisions often leaving you unable to move for a couple seconds.

Referees need ALOT of work. This is where the game fails. Soft fouls practically don't exist. If the referees were fixed, half of the tackles made by the CPU would be non-carded fouls.

CPU teams need more variety. This will be fixed by community members, but I was hoping Konami would do better this year. Basically every CPU team plays deep defense, counter attacking football. They keep possession in their own half for a bit, pass it to the midfield and within seconds will most often use a lofted through ball. It also doesn't help that your own teammates seem inept at tracking simple penetrating runs.

I absolutely adore the shooting. The sheer variety of shots is astounding. What's more is that shots don't feel mathematically random like in the 'other game'. They feel and look totally organic; rising, dipping, curling and even wobbling. Love it.

All in all, it's a fantastic game, not their magnum opus, but definitely laying the ground work for perfection. I really think they should have brought this to NG consoles. PS360 can't handle it. Replays run at <15 FPS and frame-rate drops during gameplay lead to drops in responsiveness. Thankfully I'm getting it on PC.

Right, we need to let everyone know about this. there is something wrong with superstar difficulty on this game. It fucks up everything.

All the other levels are fine, great. Top Player is gorgeous. But Superstar is broken.

Don't play on superstar on this demo. Only use Beginner-Top Player.

Even the replays which are too laggy in general are better.

What are the arrows about when you hold L1 and move the right stick? I thought maybe to make players run but I'm not sure
