my life would be complete if Konami made a lobby or ranking for fully unassisted players, Pass assist 0, Manual shot on and no trick stick crap

Having said that, I find even the 0 assist players go 4-3-3 with crosses, low crosses or cutbacks the order of the day. I don't understand them but they are very common online.

Unfortunately the chances of getting hardcore lobbies or competitions are going to be hard as Mr Bhatti needs to not call the Hardcore fans "elitist" as per our last discussion on twitter. He first needs to acknowledge that we exist before he feeds it back to Konami. It left a sour taste in his mouth when we challenged him for labelling a large part of Konamis fanbase as being elitist

As for the toe poke debate....seriously players toe poke the ball a lot IRL. People are referring to - I THINK pes 2012 - that had that horrendous toe poke shot which was removed on PES2013 but as we know you don't have to have played that one to have an opinion on it.

probably because even on manual crosses are assisted

I play 4-3-3 with my Lyon and I do hit a lot of crosses into the box. Just as a real team would playing on the flanks.

Crosses, low crosses and cutbacks are way less effective than before. Maybe if the manual shot is on, yes. But now if I score on a cutback I think I deserved it way more than when it happened frequently on the PES PS2 series. Do you think the trick stick is being exploited? I haven't seen it and more than the shot feint I don't think they work well.
 
i use tricks, well i mastered them all in FIFA, as for PES i used them sometime but they look rubbish half the time :LOL:

Sorry I use tricks all the time I mean the linked trick stick that was developed for the Kindergarten kids.

@ caniggia, Agreed I also use the flanks but every single ball throughballed to the pacy winger and cut in on every single occasion is what I am referring to.

I NEVER use 4-3-3 for fear of appearing one dimensional in the build-up

I've been saying for years that an in-game banner editor is sorely needed.

The banners you get on the patched pc versions - and the patched PS2 games back in the day - are nothing short of awesome and add to the realism of the stadium atmosphere.
 
I wonder if any patchers on PC can make a banner that says " :RANT: U Madrid!" OR make it a mosaic when they come to the Nou?

I was too but then someone at Konami thought that removing the wingback position from the game was a good thing.

Does anyone know if its back?

if they can't make it, let us edit.
community would make it awesome day one.

it's a shame that everything in the stadia looks authentic and great , but those stupid banners ruin it

Alright smart arse. :))

I was aware the 3-5-2 is making a comeback in Italy and other teams use it across the world, but in general the 4-5-1 and 4-2-3-1 have been the popular formations in recent years.

I would gladly, but I dont have it. Found this picture in another forums, and saw it in Gazzetta Dello Sport paper version a week or so ago. Maybe in their website its still somewhere?

I've tried many different tactics but its not the same, maybe its a mental thing but there was a clear difference in PES 2012 and 2013 compared to 2011.

They tried to make up for it by giving certain full backs specific cards but that didn't help.
