I'm getting fed up of the endless discussions between FIFA and PES fans. I hope both games will be fantastic. I don't really care for the rest, but please stop this childish discussion..i know i'm at least old enough to be your father, but sometimes i wonder if i couldn't be your grand father...FIFA or PES, Sony or Microsoft...who cares ????

I don't know what to laugh at more, the guy resuming his walk like nothing happened and that crazy/drunk driver.

People say graphics doesn't matter so they play Pro Evo 6 because its amazing gameplay and FIFA is all slidey, no inertia etc etc.

FIFA 14 next gen announce inertia and foot planting and suddenly the graphics are important again ..its laughable

I might have misunderstood you (did you said that video looks wrong?) but I thought that video looked incredible. The graphics are up to PES/FIFA current gen (I even thought turfs looked better) and the gameplay looks great.

Why KONAMI doesn't release this to the world is beyond me. This could easily had been PES 2013 and everybody would have been happy. I would buy that with no second thoughts.

Yes, it does look wrong, it don't look good.

The players move weird, they 'waddle' rather than run, you can see how much stuck on rail this is. How limited it is compared to new games.

I'd play PES phoenix or Shollym over that any day, the blocky graphics 'fit' with the game, the good graphics make the game look very weird.

All those FIFA orientated people would literally be destroying this game if it was released. I can see their mr roboto jokes from now, 'same shit, different year'. It would of turned into the Smackdown series fiasco.

Konami's downfall years ago has helped preserve the legacy of this game.

If they released this every year, people would had got mighty fed up, its better to have a culture that thinks 'what might of been', compared to a culture which has it wish, then after the honeymoon starts to see all the pitfalls. The 360 movement alone was never going to allow the same animations.

Thought this was worth repeating:

"PlayStation 4 is so easy to develop for. It saved us about a year (compared to PS3)" - Mark Cerny, Director (Knack) #E3

Bodes well for PES.

Bodes well for entire next-gen gaming, especially if it means that developing for PS4 will be similar to developing for XBOX or PC.

The more I think about it, more I believe that with PS3 Sony pretty much screwed quality and innovation in games development for current gen. From financial point of view, pretty much every title "has" to be cross-platform to maximize profits. There aren't many developers that will opt to create games for just one platform, maximizing its' potential in order to deliver total quality and innovation.

Most developers have to go cross-platform. But with PS3 platform being architecturally so different and much more difficult to develop for, have developers really had the chance to focus on game quality and innovation? Or were they spending a lot of their time and resources just to make their titles run on both PS3 and XBOX/PC?

Can we even try to imagine how many cool and innovative features may have been developed e.g. for PC/XBOX version of a XY game, only to realize that porting it to PS3 (or vice versa) would have been a total nightmare, adding X more months, perhaps even years, to the entire development and thus totally breaking planned release schedules? And just how many developers used the simplest cop-out routine - not to include such new and groundbreaking features, simply to create cross-platform title within their time schedule?

I think both Microsoft and Sony have done this, From what I've seen the difference between Ps3 and PS4 is simply better graphics and a larger GB space to implement content. NO big AI jump in Intelligence.

Konami seemed to have written off parts of the 2008-2013 period for this gen and have built to be PS4/xbox one ready. Their game now is hitting the maximum to what current gen can handle, ready to be built upon with the PS4.

Why then would they say that development for PS4 is, quote, "so easy" compared to PS3? It has to be something different on architectural level too for PS4, not just better GPU/CPU capable of producing shinier graphics. It would still be the "CPU from developers hell", only faster :)

We can only speculate, but if those architectural changes have brought PS4 architecture closer to PC/XBOX, then this really might be the best news.

IMO, when it comes to the differences between current gen XBOX 360 and PC - xbox 360 is just a dumbed-down version of a modern PC ... what runs on XBOX, runs on PC too, with minimal cross-platform porting fuss.

wow 2 pages of trolling about fifa vs pes thx guys ..again

Here is PES6 with PES 2013 worthy graphics.

YouTube - 위ë‹ì˜¨ë¼ì¸ 플ë*ˆì´ ì˜ìƒ

I dunno about you but i think the game looks far better with all the PS2 blocky graphics or on PC patches, just looks 'wrong' in HD.

I think this proves that with good graphics, realistic movement must follow or else it just doesn't work.

Wait a minute, you said you where playing fifa 2 years ago?

That makes no sense

Your a shill.

What out for these false people everyone. he is most likely a EA employee, sad, i know. You see how people, new members just come up from nowhere and start trolling and deliberately posting controversial posts.
