EA will make the first move tomorrow, even Konami must be surprised right now, maybe they (konami) will reveal something, but we are not that far from e3 tho.

Konami should release at least a screenshot of C.Ronaldo, showing that they are really serious about photorealism. That should keep people hyped to see PES 14 running on the new engine, so the whole attention of football games fans won't go to Fifa only.

I've just seen this and it reminds me how amazing were those days. Controlling Ronalda,Zidane,Rivaldo etc.. was amazing and felt there ware real personalities in them. I hope we can catch the momentum of those days again :
YouTube - Pro Evolution Soccer 2 (2002) (PlayStation 2)

Oh! Those were the days, they certainly were...
LOL, even the turfs looked a lot better.
I just can't believe how come they can't get something like that and improve on it with the technologies they have at hand today.

Some news about new features in Master League? Because in this generation the Master League proved very difficult to play due to the difficulty of transferring players after removing the exchange of players and linearity mode, because after two or three seasons the game gets boring.
Does this new PES will be possible to exchange teams, coaching national teams and put a transfer market more dynamic?

I found those player models look better than in PES 5, which I am still playing from time to time... :CONFUSE:
I should check out that game - thank you for video!! ;)

It's a must. Seriously, without it I might pass on this game. I don't have time for career modes any more so league mode suits me. No buying and selling players, no contracts....just play.

Its something i miss a lot too. I like to play BAL and MASTER LEAGUE but from time to time i like to create minileagues of 10 teams for a short championship. I truly hope they will put league mode and custom leagues back in PES 2014

Ps2 Pes ranking for me

Pes 5>Pes 3>Pes 6>Pes 4>Pes 2>Pes

For me PES 5 (or WE9) was the most realistic one in PS2 era, the most tatical and the one that really had a good defense, you couldn't sprint and pressure like crazy as you do in these stupid football games today, the game actually required timing well your tackles and really punished irrational-amaerican football like pressure I see in player vs player games online.

But I also fucking loved PES 3, I remembere it came around the 2002 world cup (I think it was releasd after actually, I'm not sure), I really used to like the way players sprint in PES 3, that made the game gets very well balanced.

PES 4 was crap simulation wise, gameplay was faster, they screwed with the sprinting and body balance, too many super players, too easy to sprint down the wings and score from low crosses.

PES 2 (WE 6 ?) was almost the transition between the gens (from PS1 to PS2), but I think enjoyed it more than PES 4 (We 8).

PES 5 >> PES3 > PES 6 >> PES 2 >> PES 4>> That Winning ELeven that only had japanese clubs
