I remember his video when he tested Pes 2010 preview code. How awesome this game is, how feel like Pes on PS 2 days etc. It was bullshit. I don't believe Adam, Asim and Suff ( i remember when he was on Gamescom and said how Pes 2009 remind him Pes 5 etc) All these guys said bullshit for years.

Where? I don't remember Asim on PES2010.

I don't :o

Ah I don't even care, fed up with people telling themselves "it's all gonna be okay" for so many years straight.

I can tell you, i liked Pes 2013. The modes and online were awful but the gameplay was great.

That's the reason why i don't feel like deluding myself, at all.

If you keep dreaming about the awesome ps2 days Pes you will never happy again with the series, guaranteed.

That makes no sense whatsoever, so I'm supposed to completely lower my standards because there's no chance the game will ever be great again?

You're right then, I'm never gonna be happy with the game, if PES 2013 is a good benchmark target...

Guys, eventually, there are only two football game options for your current gen platform. It's hard for me not to buy one with new engine or whatever that it looks like a new game compared to the other.

So.. it is interesting to read previews etc but

Asim, Adam both of them could handle things differently, for the better. Asim maybe he shouldn't have gone public. Even yesterday he was on twitter teasing his follower, that already set an ominous mood for the following day (which is today). While Adam, less said about him is better. Passionate, dedicated but short-tempered. For somebody who's supposedly among the first line of PR, it set a bad example of his employer.

Whatever this whole drama is none of my concern. Looking forward for the demo. It is not like i have plenty of options out there.

The menu you're seeing circulating should only be taken on board conceptually. Still things to add etc

That's my tip of menu!! :BOP:
Simple, nice(IMO) and objective... Hope they don't change a lot.... Like it a lot!!!! :SMUG:

Guys what do you think about this?

Manorito Hosoda, Pro Evolution Soccer producer, revealed as part of an event held a few days ago, that in the future there could be a South American and European version of the series, as fans of different regions have diametrically opposed requirements.

Hosoda said that the only thing we all agree is the inconsistency of the goalkeeper. "But there are specific things. Europeans want a slower game and S.A. a faster game, Europeans want a more tactical game and S.A. simple game and easy to play." Said the producer. Incredible as it may seem, fans of the Old Continent think PES is too arcade franchise, but in South America, the perception is different.

"As the reviews are opposites, we are trying to find balance. But in the future, we are considering a European version and a S.A. for fans satisfied. Europeans see the game as an arcade and simulation more like S.A.", Hosoda said.

During the roundtable, the developer also talked about licensing and revealed that Konami will fight for the Mexican League as soon exclusivity expires it maintains with another company.

WOW, that made me laugh my ass off.
So, basically this Hosoda guy is saying that South American people is dumb and Europeans are complicated smart people.

Please... if it wasn't for S.A. most European football would suck.

LOL at asim derailing the hype train.
Impressions are just that and what someone highlights as a flaw is a great addition for the next guy.

I still dont get the hype behind PES 6 but can see why people enjoyed it. Running flat out with Adriano and pummeling shots into the top corner from 40 yards out was not my cup of tea.

The impressions so far indicate that controlling the ball is difficult and requires concentration. I think this is good and more hardcore if you like. Another chap who is used to lobbing the ball and controlling it with Messi to run full throttle past 4 defenders sees this as a flaw.

Bring the game out and lets judge it for what it is. How many times have we played PES at first and hated it then after a few weeks it kicks into gear and we love it.

Saying PES 2014 is a total failure or a huuge resounding success before playing the final version is silly. Konami also need to learn to be more cautious with letting half the world play flawed versions or releasing heavily flawed preview codes.

High-res but no red light. Just like I thought...

Where is that guy that snapped at me when I said I thought Konami edited one of the screenshots or that it was a render not actual gameplay with that red light to make it seem more real?.

No one edited anything, the screenshot was from a gameplay video!
