Not mentioned on the video nor the article it was taken from. Nothing new said on the video, besides him stating that apparently there are now "skid marks" on the grass from player's slides and stuff, but it's not mentioned anywhere else so I find that unlikely!?

Do those marks transfer to the players' kit as well? I'm sure either PES or Fifa had that a long time ago, yet it was taken out.

Yea, they do look good. I could watch Robben controlling that ball on his chest all day:SNACK:

Agreed, it looks class. I hope the physical side of the game feels as good as it looks. Love how Robben shrugs off Boateng by pushing off of him (and then Boateng tries to pull him back). In PES 2013 you'd be trapped in the everlasting stumble animation.

This is a quite accurate translation of the brazilian guy's impression:

I just played PES 2014, that will come out for PS3 and Xbox -The version I just played-. The game is using a new graphic engine by Kojima productions, called Fox engine. This makes the players feel more realistic, both in appearence and in motion. The grass looks like real, photographic grass. It even shows some skid marks left after the players run. The one thing I found quite different is that the game is a lot slower compared to last year's: kinda like FIFA, but slower. In order to dribble, you must first control the ball and master the new system. The ball is more loose, no loger attached to the player. Brazilian fans will like it. Those who feel comfortable with PES 2013 will find it hard to make the transition to the new dribbles and goals. A goal has just been scored behind my back: it's a match between Bayern and Santos. Santos still has Neymar, proving that the game is still at an early stage of development. The game will arrive to brazil in the second semester, with brazilian commentators and the twenty league squads.

If my portuguese is right, he confirms grass skid marks.

That animation is seen in the trailer part where people claimed it was CGI :p One of the latin-american guys that was at E3 stated that happened a lot, players literally grabbing each other and finding ways to win those battles.

I know it is coming out for PC, but I wish these reviewers would quit saying it's only coming out for the consoles!
