10 minute games finally huh. Now we can atleast try out a few things instead of 5 minute games of 10 passes and the game is up ...

Exactly, PES 5 was so brilliant because it was difficult but not unfair, it had imho the right balance between arcade and simulation, PES 6 became easier.
I gave it enough time, I played it for at least 6-7 months for 1 hour daily: PES 2010 is way better than PES 2008/2009, but ultimately it was broken: Animation-transitions were bad making the whole game stiff, reaction-times were too high, some star-players were pretty much superhuman and nearly unstoppable, referree often didn't grant advantage, goalkeepers were bad, offense-players stop their runs too early before the defense-line, headers too easy and effective and the whole game felt too much on rail and too scripted... and the atmosphere was bland...
sure the later gameplay-updates, espescially version 1.03 brought some improvements but not enough.
After I bought PES 5 for xbox1 and inserted it into my xbox360 I was surprised how much better the game was eventhough player-individuality and likeness was not on the level of PES 2010 and graphics were horrible: It played a smooth, challenging game of football, the referree knew advantage, the keepers worked reliable, the offense-players didn't shy away from the defense-line and made their runs, even the atmosphere was leaps and bounds above PES 2010.
And it felt much less on rails, the passing was way better with a feeling that you direct the passes, it felt similar to semi-assisted in the Fifa-games.
TBH Xbox owners get what they deserve, us PS3 gamers never got our pes 2008 demo pre release, remember the weeks we waited and it never came. What comes around, goes around!![]()

@FCBier_NL Yes, true you can play it a week earlier through PS+.
What might be the case, is that Konami offered a similar deal for the Xbox as with the playstation-plus owners, but that Microsoft still hasn't decided what to do. They might offer their gold-members the same as PSN-plus users...
Mehhh why can't PC demo links be posted at 8 September. PC people can't participate in the BETA's and now have to wait 1 more week for the demo too.
I imagine the PC version could be released today, given there is no certification required by any 'Big Brother'. It's probably only out of respect for the console users that it is not, and in fairness they do amount to the largest percentage of PES sales.
It's hard to bear as a PC user, but the demo will be here soon enough if we don't dwell on it constantly.
Fair Enough, But then the fact that you can play the PESdemo from PS+ on 8 september is not really out of respect for Xbox360/PC users.
I'm so fucking pissed off for one reason, Jon Murphy said this is as "early they could get it". That means that if it wasn't for the PSN+ everyone would get it on the 8th. Now tell, how fair and right is that? Money grabbing whores...
Also PC users, many of you get the game very early anyway, wink wink, and for peanuts, wink wink. Plus the amount of tweakage freedom you get to do that us consolers don't have. Give us a break, will ya.
You can get a 3 month subscription for £11.99.
We should badger Konami to release the PC demo earlier
