I Heard in another forum that the release willbe on the 4th or the 5th
January!

Means tomorrow or aftertomorrow!

And pls what's the meaning of this (First post)

You will use this Patch only with a legal PES2009 version.

Usually a patch works with any PES version!
 
Sorry to say it but i use an illegal version(like a lot of fans)
and i have Konami patch 1.20 installed and it works fine!

XD Many people wont use the patch so :P
But I think it's a good thing, not good for the ones that don't want to put always the dvd into the recorder.
Personally i can't use it, if I put the dvd into my poor recorder, my gameplay has many slowdowns. XD
