Fair enough, but he was certainly made out to be that guy. He got his big transfer to Newcastle and made some massive errors and could have had his career destroyed by the pisstaking, ridicule and damaged confidence.

He's really not as bad as everyone makes out, with Bruce as his manager again I'm sure he'll do quite well. He really helped him when they were together at Wigan.

I agree, Titus is a decent player and I feel a bit sorry for him sometimes when he gets the stick he does. No-one talks about the many great performances he's had for Wigan, just the mistakes because of the stigma that's attached to his name. As I said, his problems are all in his head because he's otherwise technically sound. I'm sure he'll do well at Sunderland because Bruce has always had faith in him.

Also, he moved to Newcastle too early. Bobby Robson (with his Ipswich links) talked him into the move before he was ready and Newcastle threw a load of cash at him and sealed the deal. He thought he had made it as a player, even though he would have been better off staying at Ipswich a little longer and developing more as a footballer.

Yup Kolarov deal is finally done.

I think many of his new team-mates won't like him.

I wouldn't either if I had to be part of the wall and block his shots in training... :P There are gonna be some nasty bruises. :LOL:

Must be why Petrov left then...

:LOL:

And now with Kolarov in Prem and Hitz the Hammer back in EPL as well, they've got two of the hardest hitters of the world in the league.

Should see some knockouts and pile drivers this season! :D

So Fiorentina passed on Munoz.Or are they loaning him out first ? Good news for Palermo though. Could this mean Kjaer moving on ?

Jonathan De Guzman ---> Mallorca

Good move for player and club I think. Will help both.

Bruno Alves (Porto) ---> Fc Zenit St. Petersburg

Zenit has agreed about transition of the defender of Porto and a Portuguese national team of Bruno Alvesh, confirms "A Bola". The Petersburg club will pay for a transfer of the 28-year-old football player €23 million that on 7 million it is less, than initially asked Porto. The parties needed to discuss insignificant details of the transaction, but about transition of Alvesh it is already possible to speak as about the come true fact, writes the Portuguese newspaper.
