The more kits I see from Adidas the more I hope that they'll look better when worn on pitch, because many of these "presentation pictures" let the kits look kind of unsatisfying.

I don't get the point of OM away.

It's virtually (in terms of clashes) the same colour as the home so when a clash is made they'll just wear the 3rd shirt instead?

They'll never, ever wear the away shirt.

I just read the reason behind OM's third kit's design with the coat of arms of Genoa: Adidas wants to honour the "deep friendship" between the fans of the two clubs. Interesting story, just not sure if that should be used as design inspiration.
