New Kits

A big irony is that when you play those licensed Fifa and World cup games by EA Sports they give a shit about the uniform combinations, you just have the home, away and third.
Not saying that when they come wrong, Croatia came with red socks...pffff.
I played the World Cup 2014 and the kit choices are very poor.

Why is Mexico playing in orange against Brasil when the uniforms doesn't clash?
I guess adidas wants to sell more orange kits.

I think all real football fans are too :)

Me is no real fan anymore! :SMUG:

Honestly, I see, why there is so much fuzz about the new combinations, but I like it when shirts and shorts are in the same colour. And I also like it when there are new combinations with matching colours, the mentioned Brazil combination (yellow-white-white) looks nice to me. And as I said it often enough before: Our current set is great, one of the best we ever had.

Now, let the storm begin...:COAT:

I wouldn't call it "pissed", I'd rather state that the majority of Germans is mourning about the new kit. But as Germans are always mourning about something it's not necessarily a bad sign. :D

I have to admit though that I'm part of the minority here, that is really liking the new combination (the kit itself is surprisingly left out of many discussions here and is accepted as good in large parts).

The yellow-orange clash according do FIFA standards generates a clash, hence Brasil switched to blue to play against Holland in the last WC.
I´m convinced that there aren´t standards, they have crazy ideas and throw them...

Yellow vs Orange is wrong, one needs to change to blue since they both have blue away kits and that makes sense, the rest is just stupid haha.

But they change the so called 'rules' based on how they wake up everyday I think, this comes to mind when talking about that match:

And why are they using white here then? I hate all this, they should let an actual sane person handle this choices :D

@ Flamengo: just wonderful.

@ Rennes: I like it. The collar looks good.

@ Burnley: Don't like it at all. Looks very cheap. Is this their Premier League shirt or just a one off?

I'm very big on football kits and I always feel that the home team should get to play in their complete home kit (so if Brasil was Home, it'd be Yellow blue and white) no matter what the opposition is and the away kit will play in their full home kit unless there is a clash, then they change accordingly. ONLY if the away team has no kit variation that can avoid a clash will the home team change colours.

Traditions are to be kept and I always feel that kits, shorts and socks all in the same colour looks plain and most look very poor.

I thought about that but I hoped that was not the case...that would be probably one of the best modern retro-inspired kits ever

Eye cancer.

What do they call that yellow tone? Yellow vomit? You can make that shirt at home, just eat broccoli with a large cup of warm milk and wait a few minutes, the shirt will come out of your mouth ;)

(sorry for the graphic stuff ahaha)

I guess they tried to lighten that yellow to make it look like white so the colors would be red, green and white (italian flag). hope I'm wrong
