Yes , you're right , I think the reason is because Australia and Belgium wears nike....but Nigeria wears Adidas and his Kit doesn´t have stripes.....

no!there is a rule about this since some years ago!
the adidas 3 strips cannot appear in the 2008 olympic games

( China's and Argentina´s kits doesnt have stripers too....very curious , but Argentina shirt looks great , like a classic team )

In the Olympics Charta it says that sponsors on the shirts are only allowed up to 20 cm² and that's why the stripes aren't allowed for the Olympics Games now;)
