Not really that interesting. The only problem with not having HDMI is the copy protection and industry sources say thats about 7-10 years away before its the norm.

And not by component. Yeah that is the problem, and its really annoying! My TV accepts 1080p but not via VGA

I have sometimes got message that i cant connect to live theres a error code ect. But when i have signed out and back i have been able to get on the marketplace. Maybe this has something to do with my internet operator, or some unsorted bug with 360 who knows.

Depends on how you read the actual statement; "The hardware allows for better ai" Doesnt mention which hardware, 360/ps/next-gen? The improvement mentioned over ps3 is achievements for 360. Either way i dont really care as its looking like a cool game on either platform.

Yep then I also read an article somewhere suggesting some of these so called Super Cells had to be dropped? so it isnt as powerful as they originally said it was. Some developers have even said the 360 has the edge power wise.Im not listening to that though, it doesnt bother me. So what if the PS3 is more powerful? im not paying £425 for that im glad I paid almost half that price for a machine which I think is awesome. We just need MORE killer apps for this machine

I presume telewest/blueyonder is the same...I use a router anyway. Remember, if you're planning to swap over the modem cable over to the 360, you have to reset the modem to recalibrate.

Or just get a router then you dont have to swap wires. My 360 is connected to ntl Via my router which is also Wireless so that my Laptop/PC can connect to it.

I am also glad I chose the 360, why are people so loyal to certain brands? Sony have messed up by delaying, I think if there was any chance of the 360 failing then theres definatley nothing to worry about now. I have had PS1 & PS2, but my decision was based on what machine PES6 was appearing on first, what machine was good for on-line play, and what machine was reasonbly priced, theres only one answer to that. Also dont believe all the crap about the PS3 being 4 times more powerfull, look at previous consoles i.e. PS2 vs Xbox, was there much of a difference in the games, no. On the PS2 do you remember all that bullshit about the emotion engine being able to create its own in game worlds, were trees and plants will grow in real-time......Hmmmm, cant think of any game were that happened. Also can you see software companies developing 2 versions of the same game, with one being far superior to the other, no, they will make a middle of the road version that is easily ported to each machine, with minor differnces added later. In the history of consoles, were machines have been created close to each other, there has never been a huge difference in the games, and thats what it all comes down too.

I use NTL, its connected via ethernet lead. really basic to use and setup.
