Microsoft Xbox 360

Worth it for the achievements and the fullscreen IMO. Love it.

And Dags, you're always going on about offline co-op games aren't you? This is offline co-op... :) And it fucking rules. :)

Microsoft has added all of the XNA-created games it was boasting about last night to Xbox Live Marketplace.

To play them you will need the free XNA Creators Club Game Launcher, which we found by going to the Games Library blade, then to the Game Store, then by scrolling down to X and using our eyes.

Once you have the Launcher, just pop back to the Games Library blade, then into My Games, then go right a couple of tabs to the XNA Creators Club heading and start downloading.

In there are several new games: Culture, JellyCar, Little Gamers, ProximityHD, Rocketball and The Dishwasher. You can find screenshots of them all in our helpful gallery.

Unfortunately all are time limited and will be unplayable after 16 days time - once you've begun playing, we think.

The Dishwasher was our early favourite, and is a side-scrolling hackandslash with a confusing amount of moves and plenty of gore.

-------------------------------------

Dishwasher is getting a LOT of attention and pretty much everyone are saying it's their favourite of the lot, some saying best game of XBLA full-stop!

I've heard that it could effect some people who stream pictures etc on their 360 via their PC (like I do.)

Never bought the first one - wasn't keen on the demo but I'm sure I would get into the full game. I won't bother with that now though, I'll just wait for 2 & hopefully play you guys online :)

Has anyone got a wireless Xbox 360 headset? Are they any good? Where can I get one cheap (brand new)?

my launchbox just RROD'ed 5 minutes ago :) 2 years of brilliant service and now without any reason she's gone :(

I first saw that and thought it said "lunchbox"

Sorry to hear that mate, you have nothing to keep your sandwiches in now

i am still shocked, hard to find words (right words:p)! why now? i put it in a cool spot of the room, ventilated it, never played more than 3 hours straight...they really must have done something wrong while testing this and approving it for the market :-k:salute:

it's really like everybody i know (on here, on any other forum, in person) at least had one RROD. oh and it's typical that it f#cked up just 2 weeks after the warranty expired, what now? i read something they will extend it to 3 years if it is a case of ROD? should i just ring them up and ask for instructions?

I read it was three years for all consoles so yeah, if you ring up they should replace it free of charge.

I've been RRODed for nearly a month now. It's good, I can concentrate on my studies, but I reallllllly want to play PGR4, and Burnout Paradise which I have but not played yet :(

I'm trying to get HMV to replace mine, I don't want a filthy refurb :p

To my surprise, my refurb has been great. No RROD since getting it back. Its been over a year too.

Exactly same thing happened to me Kev. It did that for about 3 weeks, sometimes worked, sometimes didn't and eventually just wouldn't work at all. Sounds like it's on it's way mate. :(

And you were right, its gone.

Should be able to get it replaced as Ive only had it 2 years. Bit of a bastard having to wait to get it back tho.

Might buy a wireless headset later on then. Cheers for the feedback guys! :)

I just bought my brother the official Xbox 360 wireless adaptor and a 12 month subcription to Xbox Live all for £50 BRAND NEW! Gotta love ebay.
