Dont bout you's lot but no matter how many cup finals, or big european games or derbies ive been to in my life, I'm still as excited about tomorrow as I was when I was a wee nipper.....
Fergie on tomorrow..
"I know Anfield is quite an emotional place but it would never compare with a Rangers v Celtic game. The atmosphere is not a problem for me and it is not a problem for my players In fairness, over the years, we have coped with it quite well. You enjoy the atmosphere, you enjoy the competitive nature of both fans as long as it doesn't get out of hand. It is also an amazing feature that the games rarely boil over to an extent where they get out of hand. Every time I have played in any game, it is gone after an hour. It fades very quickly. The excitement of the game is in the last minute. If you are winning, you are looking at the referee, hoping he is going to blow that whistle. There is a build-up of adrenalin and tension in the final moment because you know your job has been completed. But after that, even in cup finals I have experienced, after about an hour it has evaporated very quickly."

“I think Liverpool v Manchester United compares to Real Madrid v Barcelona. It is that passionate. They are two huge games that have a great atmosphere. With both fixtures, you can smell the atmosphere building days before the match itself. The rivalry and the history of this game is as big. When Rio Ferdinand scored in the last minute at Old Trafford, we felt incredibly frustrated. We had worked very well all game, so to lose in the last minute was very hard to take. But that’s football and at least we will have the chance to gain revenge in the FA Cup We want to try and avenge that Premiership defeat this weekend. For us the FA Cup is a very important competition and we’ll try to win it for our supporters. We’re going to fight until the end until we do it.”
