Thing is, he's in a bit of a pickle to say the least.
He said he wanted Champions League football and because Levy didn't accept our bid, he went on a sulk and now he's made it really really hard for himself to go back to Tottenham. So if Levy has accepted City's bid and just refuses point blank to accept United's (which he is entitled to do) then Berba's gotta either, go to City and stay playing UEFA cup (making himself look like he's full of shit) or staying at Spurs and hoping they let him back in the team!

I heard the fee gone up to £33 mill aswell how true this is i dont know price is joke though imo way over the top but Fergie going to try everything he can to stop City signing him. Although i think this is clever work from Levy to get back at us sour grapes over previous dealing its clear we are not on good terms with Spurs.
