Maru...I dont think anyone in a right frame of mind would want to get booed intentionally.

At least one wantaway horse has spoken...Adebayor has came out pledging his alleigence with the Arse and wants to sign a new contract.I sure,NOBODY saw his tail between his legs...good side is that at least he has done the best significant move.

He was booed as he step on the pitch today ...he better start getting goals in quick .These so called wantaway just hurt themselves it`s pure self-inflicted

What news is that from mate? Anyone realised just how good Tevez is?! he was good last season no doubt but in pre season he's been on another level at times, played quality today aswell, i think that the summer rest was much needed for him to come into his own this season.

Local tv here in Dubai. Not sure how credible the story is though.

Wouldn't trust it then as Ronaldo is expected back here on Tuesday and unless we accept a a bid then he cant leave and from what i can tell, simply put were not going to accept any bid.

Tevez really impressed me yesterday. I thought Scholes and Giggs had great games too, the ball Giggs played for Campbells goal was sublime :))

not looking good for start of season...

no rooney, ronnie, nani, anderson, saha...

SAF better get his wallet out!

decent pre-season, nothing to get giddy about (been there before)..

pluses are the three brazilian lads, evans and campbell..

but pretty much same as last year, need a #9...

And with this attitude I'm expecting even bigger things from young Carlos this season..

That's not true, he's a pretty good striker, remember the season before last, just before he started getting all the injuries he was our leading scorer for half the season.

He's lost everything now though, he's no pace, his positioning is rediculous, and seriously, hes always had a problem finishing one on ones.

And plus the fact, when our other striker was Rooney the season before last, its not hard to be top scorer.

Anyways, speaking of Rooney, why the hell did he even travel to Nigeria. He's never gonna get a free, untroubled season under his belt is he.

On MUTV they keep saying Ronaldo came out with a statement that he's staying at Old Trafford. I'd like to know what exactly has been said though.

To be honest after everything's that happened, this was probably the best thing to say to the press. We all know he wants to play for Madrid and suddenly coming out and saying he doesnt anymore would have been a blatant lie. So it's nice to see him admitting all the speculation was his fault and its probably best for him to stay atleast another season.
