We may not need to win mate if the Toon get a draw tomorrow. It thats happens a draw is all we would need.

Its true tho a win is not gonna be easy but we play better when we know what we have to do.
 
Hey is the Game against Wigan on Sunday or Saturday? Its good for you Guys if its on Saturday coz if it is on Sunday then there would be that Rugby match on Saturday that gets the pitch Fucked up!!
 
Wigan are officially safe that makes a big difference in our favour, hopefully we can get the job done convincingly like against West Ham:)

Which is a shame as they have been playing well and could spring an upset, but we all know they will lie down

Yeah good signing if it's true, he's quite versatile too, can play both sides and DMF too.

I really hope Chelsea maintain their poor record at St James Park today and we can have a party at the JJB next week :D
 
Would be a good buy, I thought we were after Boswinga but maybe Porto's Price tag has made us think twice. Also think we still need that DMF Hargreaves has been a good signing but i don't think he's done the job we thought he would of that sitting in front of the back four. Maybe Gattuso? Miguel Veloso? I think those two positions will be looked at and also maybe a striker depending on how Manucho's doing.
 
yes he would be a tad old Gattuso i mean and don't you have Anderson & Carrick for the role? Haven't seen Hargreaves put a foot wrong!!
 
yes and looking at the talent grooming of SAF i would say Anderson is a good find!! Energetic, fast and powerfully built!! Only has to work on his shooting ability and would be a lethal player!!
 
Yeah he has to do some Brainwork, as in proper passing(to the right player) n stuff and yeah shooting skills. He will surely become one of the best!! Hes just a kid now!
 
Hargreaves has been great, his problem is he is not a better passer than Scholes, Anderson and Carrick.

In the CL final we should play Carrick, Hargreaves and Scholes in the centre imo.

Anyway..Chelsea won so no suprise there but the added bonus is Wigan are safe so they will be more open than usual. Play our natural game and we will win simple as.

Rooney should be fit as should Vidic so expect a win and nothing less.
 
Can't see Anderson is a solely defensive role. I'm so used to see him roam the front of the attack that hearing you lot says those things goes near the bounds of madness.

Yeh, I know. Bit disappointed to see how Anderson is being used at United. Saw him at Porto, and immediately reminded me of Ronaldinho. But here, he is more of a defensive midfielder.
