So, according to the PFA, Ronaldo is the best player but Fabregas is better? How can a player that is nominated for both awards win one and not the other?
Apparently 8 players are potentially facing suspension after the Chelsea brawl.
Manchester United pair Wayne Rooney and Nemanja Vidic are doubtful for the second leg of their Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.
Neither player trained on Monday morning after sustaining injuries in the 2-1 defeat at Chelsea on Saturday.
Striker Rooney limped off with a hip problem after scoring, while defender Vidic was cut badly after being hit in the face by Didier Drogba's knee.
United are seeking a spot in the Moscow final after a 0-0 draw at the Nou Camp.
Both Rooney and Vidic are key figures for United, and manager Sir Alex Ferguson will still be hopeful that they are available for Tuesday's match.
Following the 2-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge, Ferguson said England international Rooney was suffering with the same "very painful" hip knock which he suffered a week earlier at Blackburn.
He also confirmed that Serbian centre-back Vidic, who missed the semi-final first leg in Barcelona with a stomach bug, had to have stitches under his lip after losing a tooth in the accidental clash.
Barcelona, meanwhile, will welcome back skipper Carles Puyol who will replace the suspended Rafael Marquez in defence.
Midfielder Yaya Toure (ankle) is a doubt and Edmilson could replace him.

Can't believe that its not been mentioned that the pen on Saturday was the first penalty you have conceded in the league THIS season!
That is some statistic. Good to see none of you are moaning about it because it was a stonewall pen.

Why not watch it on the internet? We seem to be having our November blip at the moment. Not confident either. I can't watch it either as it starts at 4am here and my mother is sleeping in the living room. This is the best chance we've had to win it for ages. I just hope we can recapture the form from a few months ago.
