Manchester United Thread

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

 Gotta love the bitter Scousers!

Liverpool HAVEN'T SCORED A GOAL AGAINST UNITED IN NEARLY 12 HOURS OF FOOTBALL!

LOVED today lads - we kept the ball well and looked tight all over the pitch.

That's why we're champions!

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Great Result, well played we definetly deserved the win. Ronaldo actually was quite good today:w00t: I think its when he tries to hard it doesn't go for him but he kept it simple at times and played well and got his goal, Rooney was class as usual but for the life of me he needs to work on his finishing. Nani what a goal what a celebration:DD

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Ronaldo #1

Fecking BRILLIANT day for United supporters. We really have got what it takes when playing the "top 3" in the league.

Bring on Roma!

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

I just had three wanks over Ronaldo!

WHAT A PLAYER!

At least have a drink with me Antred:

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Think today was a "good" day for us a draw in the other game would have made it "excellent" but we still got a lead which will be vital for big fixtures to still come

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

So if we win all our remaining games, theoretically we could draw with chelsea and lose to arsenal (or vice versa) and still win the title. That's assuming chelsea and the arse win all their remaining games too.

Not that we will, but it's nice to have that bit of security.

RONALDO NO.1 IN THE WORLD

BRILLIANT TODAY LADS, demolition job , could have been six or seven, just watch us hammer the bitters next week, again well done :EASY:

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

So Ronaldo finally played well on a big match?

Nope, again he didnt turn up for the big match. He managed to turn up for the 2nd half though when the match was over ;)

hmm....blue4life. after all your good work for PES 6 (start screens and the like) i actually thought you'd be a good, sensible and knowledgeable fan. sorry to say, you seem an even bigger tw@t than what Plan M used to be a few months ago.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Cant believe you Mancs dont even agree slightly how bad the ref was?

I know most of you are wind up merchants but come on, YOU are the ones with the red-tinted glasses on now. Liverpool were crap, a small club like Everton could have beaten us on todays performance!

I would rather it have been a tight game and you were the deserved winners, which you were obviously. But it was one sided from the first whistle at kick off.

League is yours now, congrats :)

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Just because he believes Ronaldo is the best doesn't mean he doesn't know anything about footie.

It's just his opinion.

not about the opinion mate, read the last few words. :)

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

hmm... ronaldo was he even on the pitch in the first half? second half apart from the goal? visible?? I think Masch red card was the turning point.. kudos to Man U. You got the result you were gunning for so did we.. Rooney amazing controlling but full marks to Reina who can hold his head high with some of the saves today though could have done better with the first goal.

Well said, except for the "now" part. They always had 'em on..

Was really looking forward to the game but the ref just had to spoil the party. But congrats on your win. Don't fuck up now you guys are in the driving seat ;)

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

And that my friend is why i dont get on with many from this thread, they just aint objective.

about what, the red card. Did you have a mic on mash? do you know what he said to the ref? Dissent is a cardable offense, is this not true? I understand the frustration, the card ruinend the game. There is not debate about that. I guess we can all deabate weather the ref showed enough restraint, but without any of us knowing what mash was saying then how can we judge? Yeah and the ref was shit, should have been a penalty for rooney in the first half. ;)

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Today was huge. Manchester United deserve this years Premiership title. Arsenal have been great, consistency wise they have been exceptional; today was their second loss and one of them was in very bad circumstances and I'm very happy with this season.......but that said United have come through when they need to come through, they've been solid and they get the results they need to. Arsenal have been stretched way too far of late and its showing now, how thin and barebones the squad are, they just haven't been able to produce the goods in the league when it counts. We had Chelsea today and we fucked up, plain and simple, and its cost us the league title, I'm sure of it. I'm not blowing anyones cock, but put Man U in that same situation and they would have had the experience and know how to follow through, I'd guarantee it.

You don't get on because you're an obnoxious little hater that can't control his temper (a Scouse Alucard). You are blind to anything that goes against United but I'm sure you keep a detailed log of everything that goes for them. You have been in here many times saying we always get the decisions but you are nowhere to be seen when we don't get one.
Just stay out of here if you hate it that much.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

I just dont get that. Who's forcing Antred to come here?

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

about what, the red card.

That's what winds Antred up, everybody has said masch was an idiot and a red card waiting to happen today. Yet your post only shows ignorance of that talking to him like he is saying it shouldnt be a red, ignoring the actual point he was making. Being that the ref was shite, but was also biased towards manu today/yesterday. And then, as a token gesture add that the ref was shite. He was pretty good for you lot today! I remember seeing 4 manu players surrounding him after anderson had made an equally bad challenge as masch and he got nothing, neither for the tackle or for the dissent. Torres gets kicked by 4 players and then finally gets a foul given, moans about the ref taking so f$%king long and gets booked for it.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Its swings and roundabouts at the end of the day, the ref we had for the FA Cup Tie with Portsmouth was a dick! didnt give us hardly anything (that within reason we should of had) including that Penalty against Distin!...

Also in my opinion if you know your on a booking why run around the field barracking the ref about everything that goes the oppositions way? Surely you must know he could easily send you off for persistant questioning of his decisions? Face it, he got sent off because he is a blithering idiot who shouldve kept his mouth shut.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread .

Yes, he was an idiot. He should have kept his mouth off. But should it have been any other week, against any other team, nothing would have happened. Neither would have Torres gotten booked (which so many people have conveniently forgotten).
