I agree with the above...
Some nice information about what happened with Locke, but it's going a bit slowly now (the last two episodes) and not revealing much.

Very interesting. Should be great fun now.
It's hard to think that Widmore is not as terrible as we imagined. The show is very good but the last episodes slowed down the action a bit too much.
9/10
Is it crazy to think that Christian Sheppard is really alive and was never a ghost?
Christian Sheppard (how did the died?) dies and then reappears on the island.
John Locke (ben kills him) dies and is reborn on the island.
I'm wondering the Walt scene was just a filler or he is really coming back?

then as soon as he mentioned hawking, he turned psycho.
wonder what it is about elouise that spooked ben so much?
thought that was an awesome episode tbh. loved the way ben talked locke down, then as soon as he mentioned hawking, he turned psycho.

best appearance of whidmore in lost so far too... as usual, (even) more questions than answers! love it
I believe the reason he went' all psycho IMO is pretty simple this time. Ben "saved" Locke's life first but the didn't knew how to come back to the island, and as soon as Locke told him, he had no use to him.
Ben is trying to take Lockes place. Jsut like when moving the island, it was suposed to be Locke doing that, not Ben, and now it was suposed to be Locke bringing back the O6, not Ben.
Epic fail for Locke.
That's exactly what I've been thinking. There is a definite link between being dead and then coming back to life on the island. The only thing that makes me think they may be ghosts of some sort is the fact that Christian acts as he does (kinda spiritlike and mystical) rather than like a normal person.
No, I dont see that. All Locke did was mention Elouise's name and Ben said 'yes' he knew her then killed him. Locke (seemingly) told him nothing - all I interpreted from it was Ben was going to use Locke as he thought Locke didnt really know what to do.
Ben knows Elouise holds the key for getting back and as soon as he knew Locke had that knowledge, he couldnt risk Locke getting back...
Enjoyed this weeks, but they dont half make things difficult for themselves (the writers).
the next direction of the story, having the Losties live 'happily' on the Island for 3 years is a bit of stretch. Obviously more to come on this yet, but its another piece of the story branching out when there is still so much to tie up.
Least it makes sense from the other week though with Jin being all Dharma'd up!
there is still another season to go and where approaching the half mark of this current season so plenty of time to reveal everything mate
And they could have reproduced by then.
