Brescia 0 - 3 Juve 8) first Juve serie A match of the season. Inter and Milan both drew and Cassano got send of for Roma. Great start of the season (although last season we won the first game 5-1 and we all know how 'well' last season went).
 
yeah cassano first dived, then protested (why...?) and put his hands on (our) chiellini.
whatever.

match good played but brescia was very poor.
zlatan came in in the second half, scored (thanks to the goalie) and showed some skills. nice debut.

first goal was a header by nedved on corner kick, while the second a finisher by trezeguet on zebina's assist after a great through pass from nedved.
 
There's a huge chance Emerson will miss the CL clash against Ajax due to injury.

Hmmm, I hope not. I was looking forward to seeing him in Amsterdam arena... live.

Lets reflect on what's ahead, I hope Emo's injury is not that serious although he looked in some discomfort. A good start for us and long may it continue, Amsterdam here we come.

With todays game in mind, it appears that ADP amoungst others may be rested for todays game against Atalanta, Capello is thinking of fielding the 2 big men up front with a 3 man defence consisting of Luliano Canna & Thuram moving Rambo ;-) into a more offensive position. All in all I hope we get the 3 points we need to syay at the top.

Great match, Zlatan is improving a lot!! He only needs a bit of fonishing now! His technique is amazing!
Horray for Alex and Buffon too, and Cannavaro did great as well!

Finishing has always been Ibrahimavics problem, i dont think anyone could ever doubt his skill . . . . .

So, Juve is continuing his march in Champions! I'm so glad to see it!! Now I can think that Bergamo in Coppa Italia wasn't something to worry about too much. I hope we beat Inter...it's so important to me, either for the championship as because last year we lost both matches.

The big one this weekend and I don't anticipate too many fireworks but should be an interesting encouter all the same, I would be happy with the draw ;)

and Milan on the week im going for a 2- 2 is a good ending but juve have got to build there defence and midfield up zebina is not playing too well.....................

I have to say that I am a little bit disappointed why Alex was repalced! it is his second consecutive good game! he had a better one than against Parma. So I really do not know waht Capello is thinking of!!!

It's not just a rumour Martino. He went straight to the tunnel, first time i've seen Alex mad. DP IS a model proffesional though. If this would've happened to Zlatan (Cap's favourite), Zlatan would've reported it to all the newspapers and would have started several rows.

So respect to ADP, still being such a proffesional, although he is and has been for a long time under fire by the press and now by Capello.

I dread for DP's future, when Trezeguet returns.

Del Piero is an exellent player but hes only when he scores one goal usualy he starts to get amazing thats why i like him .

There are two clauses included in his contract, concerning his drugs abuse. One about Mutu being fired, and two Mutu needing to pay a fee.

Miccoli snubs Juve return

Fiorentina striker Fabrizio Miccoli doesn’t want to go back to Juventus at the end of the season.

The player, currently on loan from the Bianconeri, was told he was surplus to requirements in Turin by Fabio Capello in the summer.

But Miccoli hasn’t looked back since moving to the Viola and has now pledged his future to the outfit.

"I want to stay in Florence, this is the right place for me," he said. "The squad is in a state of continual evolution and the owners are very ambitious.

"I settled in almost straight away when I arrived. It’s a beautiful city and the fans are warm and passionate. Basically there are all the ingredients here for success."

Juve turned their back on Miccoli after keeping faith with Alessandro Del Piero and given the acquisition of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Well Del Piero is a legend for Juve Miccoli is very good but Juve could use him.
