Wild times for sure. For now, I can’t see Rockstar missing out on the „double grab“ and for this to work, it needs more time between console and PC release.

I don't think 6 months is long enough to get the PC release ready.
The PC release will need higher res textures and a lot of testing to be released.

I think this was based on GTA 6 online being released in Q1 2027 and due to the huge market for GTA Online for PC, they put 2 and 2 together and got 5.

Yeah. Online probably coming before PC (official). Let’s see how anyps5 evolves. 😂

The online part will be super sick and massive this time. They will probably milk the cow like never before; seeing all those marketing moves lately and „thinking around 2 corners“.

There is bit of an odd backlash to GTA6 online, which to be fair is probably made up of a tiny minority that is not interested in this game, but it's still annoying enough for me to leave my own disinterest behind and become quite excited for this

Thanks to AI this will be F2P day one. I don't have a PS5, but owning one now is the best thing to have as console. (of course you know what I mean... )

Depends.
The only vulnerability found in the PS5 was the hypervisor which was exploited and Sony patched it.

Apparently there are no more known vulnerabilities in the PS5, as someone who used the vulnerability in the PS5 was using it to run Linux and knew about it for ages.

Sony only has to make GTA6 work on a certain firmware on release and it probably won’t be playable for quite a while.
