[General Discussion] What have you been playing this week?

Played some BAL, made a huge player and he has been scoring loads for West Brom but he gets kicked up and down the pitch each game so he's injured all the time

I (we) often crap on ubisoft , sometimes rightly so, I'm so fatigued after AC Odyssey, never gonna finish that game, Uber bloated.

Same goes for AC Shadows. Graphics are beautiful, combat is fun and animations are really good. But it's repetitive as fuck. I'm about 50 hours in and it's just like checking a neverending to-do-list. I lost the plot hours ago, it's all about revenge and killing everyone. Still enjoying it somewhat though.

Funnily Odyssey kept me entertained till the end because I really love the setting.

I should have just gone with the main story i think, skipping 50-60 hrs on crap
Looks amazing though.

It looks like "common standards" now in games on current level of development give us similar games.
Most new games like expanded "Uncharted 4" with some new included things.
P.S. Simply share my opinion ...

Minecraft beta 1.7.3 with the Better than Adventure mod, it explores how the game would look if it took a different trajectory rather than the one Mojang took with beta 1.8 (the Adventure update).

So far I'm really liking it but I think that's more because of how much I dislike modern minecraft versions rather than what the mod actually adds.

Had it on game pass for a long time but since it only was €4 I bought it, Call of the wild, the hunting game, so relaxing

How is your feelings and emotions from this game ?
I was saw too it earlier and thinking too try to play ...
Simple interesting to know your opinion.

Sorry for the late reply, Sany. I haven't tried it on Xbox like rockstrongo, but it's a very good game on PC. Keep in mind it's from 2013, but it has good graphics, a GREAT story, and most importantly (for me), you can see the developers made it with love and passion. By the way, the controls can be a bit stiff sometimes, but other than that, I consider it a very good game. Hope you give it a try.

Gave this game a whirl, and I might give the World Fighters sequel a go

Mate, game Ghost Recon Wildlands worth it ? What's about level of difficulty during playing ?
I platinumed it back in the day, it is 10 years old so surely its pretty cheap... *checks psn for price ....uhhh yeah maybe wait for a sale.
It's a fun game though, me and my mate went back to the predator level time and time again, he humbled us so many times, we had a long and detailed strategy to take him down when we finally did it.

Even if I eventually got used to Breakpoint this is probably a better game overall.

Yeah I just bought it for like £2/3 steam sale, will be on sale agan very son, just wishlist it. THE Predator!??

Guys, the Predator DLC is not there amymore. They are still saying its part of the package, the cunts, but its not the case.

The License had time limit and the DLC was removed long time ago. Same with the Terminator DLC in Breakpoint.

As for me - I've been playing some Fifa 14, Final Fantasy 14, Monster Hunter World and Wilds and Outward.

Ps. Rocky - Turn off everything on your screen off in Call of The Wild and switch to manual rifle reload. Just leave the tracking cones On. You'll see how immersive this game can be. I have all 18 maps bought on it. Just didnt buy Switzerland, coz its a small map with mostly birds and small animals. I need some predators to hunt (and be hunted by)

Im a sucker for good combat, and those MH games really have that heavy satisfying one. I hope you've also checked out MH Rise, graphics are a bit different, but gameplay is still top notch.

For me these past weeks have been back to Nioh 2. I never finished it and I'm trucking along. Great satisfying combat and loot with builds, but damn it can be punishing.

I bought MH Worlds long time ago and it didnt click with me. Then i tried MH Rise on gamepass and I hated it. Not as much when it comes to combat, but my god, this game was so childish that I wasnt sure if I wasnt playing Pokemon. The colours, the atmosphere, everything. I was disgusted.
MH Rise was the reason I never even looked at Wilds, because I thought the franchise was gone the pokemon way.
Then I saw a clip on reddit of someone battling a dragon during lightning storm, without any HUD on the screen and I absolutely loved it.

Wilds went back to more dark and gritty setting and the addition of mounted combat brings so much fluidity and mobility. The entire combat is so smooth and satisfying. To a point where I installed MH Worlds as well.

I was very sad when they announced closing down New World MMO, because I thought the action combat in there was amazing and Monster Hunter reminds me of this a lot. Especially the greatswords are similar. So im having a blast.

Edit:
This fucking game, without HUD, is absolute epicness:

Ps. I never tried Nioh 2. I bought both Nioh 1 and 2 and wanted to finish the first one before starting the second, but the first one just tired me out. I found it very frustrating and dropped it. Do you recon I should forget about 1 and play the second, or is it more of the same? Very frustrating bosses that take few days to beat?
