Gameplayzed Squad files - FC 25

The idea of squads born from the fact that database, in my own opinion, is a bit stretched by the concept of the overall and the formula to calculate it. That lead to strange behaviour (eg an high standing tackle for midfielders, and others.. ). My changes are done in a way that in the end the overall is the same more or less, but the attributes are different. Also in db we have some strange cases of player being 185x81 and have 38 of strength, so I devised a formula to calculate physical attributes that work generically for all players... That to ensure a variety and treat the game like rpg to be more tactical.
I was also thinking to edit the ebx to change the overall formule and have a complete freedom for attributes like games as football manager have... (I was even thinking to convert attributes from FM to FC, but it is a long stretch unless someone can make FM database in a normal format (SQL, or CSV)
 
EBX editing is hard since we don't know the effect of every param unless you have FC source code. So is a trial and error, and since some values are interleaved changing one can have effect on something else... if i have to do EBX editing i'll just edit very few params...

About the pace I lowered the general speed of the player leaving the difference between speedsters and others, and for shot speed actually strikers have in general more shot power than other roles, but i can give more power to long shooters and other roles.
Thanks for taking that into account related to the shot power. I always wonder how powerful still DB GP modding is! It have really a more grounded base like @hatesince97 mentioned. I never had the feeling it changes lane like often that is the case is with ebx GP mods especially after an update by EA. So I understand your point with the "always" availability" over the TU´s compared to run after your efforts when creating a GP mod with ebx edits and EA destroys the edits made before by changing files etc.
Currently FC 25 is 50% in discount on Steam till 28th of November and at the moment I can only play my EA Play Membership test version of the Game.
Having 7 hours left. Enough for your Guys Mods of course. Been curious about your today´s release. Giving feedback at the weekend again.
Last question: Would you recommend to increase shot Power with sliders? Of course I can answer it by myself by just doing it. But like I mentioned I am 95% fully satisfied how the Game feels with your Squad. And I don´t wanna loose that by fiddeling around with sliders too much and "again". :D
 
Only downside of squadfile gameplay modding is that, while we do not have free acess to RDBM 25, that mods should be exported as db mod in FET, which could cause conflicts.

Without access to RDBM 25, we can't import GP tables from fifaccitiu to our own squadfiles.

Mate, correct if I am wrong, but RDBM 25 is already released on Fidel´s discord, you know that? What do you mean with no free access to RDBM 25? Seems that I have missed something?! Is it paid now?
 
I think it's risky to couple gameplay mods with squad files if you don't know exactly which edits the squad files contains. Some values may override each other. If you know exactly what you're editing then it could be a step forward into a more balanced gameplay.
Good point! That´s why I guess a symbiosis of the 2 regions would be awesome. This way the modder could fine tune everything from ebx files and the DB.
