Future Winning Eleven: PS3!!! discuss

I predict that within a few weeks we find new screenshots.
Then we will not be able to tell if it is another fake or real ;)

i really hope the graphics dont have a plastic look to them.

I see that Adriano picture to present PS3 graphics..how do you feel about it?
No it's from the 360 version of PES6/WEX/WEPES 2007 ;)
but i better, you can see the same shirt texture with blurred logo etc..
Look texture from the screenshots Inter vs Chelsea ;)

All this PS3 vs. 360 talk is nonsense. One doesn't look any better than the other on other games. The specs say so. You can't go wrong with either. But I know Europe belongs to Playstation, so...

Not "official" so to speak, they are just quoting a Far East magazine, which is built on rumours from places (e.g. Evo-Web ;)) so nothing there is official...

The thing is they quote from GameWave, which isnt really a poor mag. The other hong kong mag that has Nakamura on the front grabs from rumours like we do, where as GameWave is more respected.

Konami strikes hard! Winning Eleven 2008 coming soon

Not too long after Winning Eleven 2007 hit the shelves, German gaming website Gamefront.de already reports that WE 2008 will be revealed soon.

The series is known to make improvements very slowly, making minor changes every installment (and sometimes backtracking). Some fans often complain, but it's undeniable that Konami's football franchise delivers a great experience.

GameWave magazine lobbed a few details on their cover, and here's the list:

- Game will be released in multiple platforms (even on the PS3)
- Improved defense
- More realistic and changed dribbling animations
- 1 on 1 tackles and offside traps will have better results (controversial calls)
- Better online service, no lag
- Full HD support with 18GB storage

Just like the rumors on WE: Pro Evolution Soccer 6, this latest instalment is said to be at its best on the PS3, according to PlayStation Universe. Retailer Game claims that Konami licensed the entire Premiere League and the German League for its iteration on Sony's console. While still a rumor, it could be confirmed on June 23 when more info is out.

PSU's educated guess says Pro Evolution Soccer 7 (European title) is likely to be released in October, while North America will get it (as Winning Eleven 2008) early 2008.

mmm a serious site like QJ.net don't speak about a rumours from the GameWave, that strange...

You think Gamewave don't take informations from the Korean blog ?

You think Gamewave don't take informations from the Korean blog ?

You know maybe they do, but lets not forget Ruliweb is well known for being accurate. We also never found that post on Ruliweb, so Im presuming it was on a seperate section on the site. It could also be on a private forum for members.

All Im saying is that its not like GameWave to put a game on the front cover and write complete rubbish or rumours. They have a consistant fan base and are respected. Remember GameWave DVD magazine?

The stuff on PSU is completely taken from other websites, but like you said QJ.net is a very popular site that places like Kotaku and 1up source from.

The amount of info that is getting repeated makes it hard to believe that some of these rumours are false. I think many of them will turn out to be accurate.

One last thing, I want to say if anyone had any doubts about how popular WE/PES is worldwide just take a look at all the sites reporting on the series. If you believe certain reports, PES/WE sold more than Fifa worldwide last year. Even NeoGaf has a popular WE/PES thread

I ask to a chinese friend (leaflet) to send a email for ask about Winning Eleven 11 for the informations on the GameWave cover

http://www.crossmedia.com.hk/gw/

excellent idea :)

Hopefully they will let us know if its fact or fiction.

Dont forget there will be some magazines that have seen the nextgen WE. IMO its the sites/magazines that are staying quiet that we should be watching closly, as it will be them who know whats going on. They are obviously not allowed to say anything about the game untill Konami allow them to.

Because of this we should watch Famitsu future magazines very closely. IMO its them who will be the first magazine to show official details of the game. They have Famitsu weekly and monthly magazines, we must buy them all! ;)

i guess i missed alot today, just wanted to say wasup guys. thanks adonis, i replied to your private message. great work man!

I'm having a hard time believing that Konami licensed the Premiership. How could that be? I thought EA's greedy selves had a lockdown on FIFA and the EPL.

so is the gamewave magazine with c.ronaldo on it released ??? :S i am gettin confused sorry

All this PS3 vs. 360 talk is nonsense. One doesn't look any better than the other on other games. The specs say so. You can't go wrong with either. But I know Europe belongs to Playstation, so...

And you know that because? Specs dont mean crap. No one knows the true power of either console.

Also 360 has it engine but PS3 version is built on the system

So no one knows. I do expect good things from PS3 version to. Its the home of Pro Evo & we all know it.

About premiership licensing, I always thought aswell that they could have only 2 clubs licensed, but i heard some rumours about legal changes in content distributing and licenses.

So lets keep the hopes up, would be great, because if it hasn't changed EA is picking more and more licenses up, like uefa championsleague.

When releasing a game they would not mention how big the game is ie 18 GIG.

So I don't believe that for one minute.

Why would they need to release that information.
