Hugo had a career full of ups and downs. Wonderkid at Sporting, bench warmer at Saint James Park and useless player at Mestalla. He could have been an hell of player had he stayed healthy all over his career. Fortunately, it seems that he find his place in Braga where he is a key player for the 'Arsenalistas' team. I hope he could make it into Euro 2012 squad now that Danny is injured. We lack some creativity and pace in the middle so Hugo Viana can bring in his talents to our team.
 
I fully agree. He's a player who turned out quite good at the end but he could've been much more!

Well, he can bring the creativity in the middle, I'm not sure about the pace. :P

It's not sportsmanlike to refuse a handshake, but people shouldn't make a big deal about this. It's not like he gave him the finger ffs. And speaking of Evra's celebration? Are you fu***ng kidding me? He must have hurt his feelings, OMG I feel so bad about Suarez. Poor thing. Remember van Nistelrooy's celebration against Andorra? :LOL: That was far worse than this. Match of course, was not as big as this one. But things like that happen.

it´s not about a stupid handshake, it´s about that prick Evra want to make everything look as Suarez fault again.

watch evra´s hand and Suarez move to him but seeing evra refuse the handshake by moving hand down, he goes straight to De Gea.

look on what i posted in lfc thread and read it...make up your own mind.. even for a neutral, why Ferguson questions or comments things he wouldnt and DIDN´T said if his own players were in - i dare to say much bigger trouble...? why? is he allowed to do so? i´m fed up of some people pretending as if Suarez was the enemy of all... while the likes of Terry and others, nah, they are fine with ACTUALLY PROVEN racism on field....

i think this is all bs.. who really knows what was said between evra and suarez. Seems to me they are trying to provoke suarez to get angry and put the blame on him. On top of that, the media just loves this kind of controversy so they will exaggerate everything. I bet you if suarez came on post match and said some player called him a racist comment, nobody would care. I'm sorry to say, but this "racism" stuff goes only one way.. if it goes the other way, media will just laugh.

Thing is, if Evra did it, it would be accepted, because people would say that they wouldn't shake hands with someone who racially abused him.
 
Not to jump on this pointless discussion but fyi, Suarez himself apologised for the handshake refusal according to latest news.
