FIFA 15 News & Discussion Thread

I'd also argue that due to 15 already being a bit on the faster end, when you play it on Slow Speed and slow things down considerably in sliders - it still feels fine to play.
Man, FIFA sliders are a blessing. I was mainly a PES player for a long time but when I came back to FIFA (I now play both almost equally) and started tweaking with sliders, and also finding great sets online, I realized that they definitely have an impact. They aren't the be-all-and-end-all solution in every case (for example, Vanilla FC24 is unplayable to me even with sliders, although Anth's gameplay mod really makes it enjoyable), but in most FIFAs, they do make a considerable difference. One good thing about FIFA 14-15 is that sliders have a large effect on gameplay, in everything from ball speed to defensive pressure, and so it is really customizable. I really wish PES had incorporated sliders at some point.

Do you know what that patch does?
Gameplay and/or licensed teams/leagues that aren't licensed?
I can't quite find the description at this time bro..
But in this case, I believe these patches (I think there are 3 updates), update the game to seasons 14/15, 15/16 and 16/17.
Additionally, Moddingway usually has extra leagues (like completed Brasileirao, Romanian League and others).
AFAIK they do not usually add gameplay mods, but they are more like season updaters + added leagues..

Aha, Cheers buddy

Scored a nice goal with Alexis in pre-season after some end to end action

RVP scored the winner against me in the community shield and celebrates right in front of the Arsenal fans, I don't think his Instagram DMs will be looking too pleasant after that one...

Gervinho scores against me in the European Super Cup

Some more gameplay

I don't remember legendary being so difficult in this game

Do the Moddingway patches work with the retro installer linked from the other thread? I haven’t gotten it to work.
Yo! Silver! You know, man. I've never been able to make any patch work with FIFA 15 (either retro installer or with the original purchased game). I tried once to install moddingway AIO, but it messed up the Brasileirao pretty badly.. So.. Maybe someone else could give us a few tips...

I had a cup match in FIFA 15 and it was absolutely brilliant. The game really captures the atmosphere of playing in the rain – it’s got everything you need: fierce battles, physical duels, and right up until the final moments, the chance to settle the match in extra time before it goes to penalties. After a 2–2 draw, we won on penalties and forgot all our worries. That’s exactly the feeling that makes a football game great!

@Mod
Sorry, I’d copied the wrong text from the translator, which is why it was in German. It happens when your mind’s still on the cup match, haha :RSCARF:

Mate, I can share with you also understanding why you are glad, playing in FIFA 15.
For me FIFA 15 and FIFA 16 was "a nice and very cool opening", while I am for long time enough was played in old PES 5, PES 6, WE 9 LE and even do not checking newest FIFA's.
It's really how you are said "catch the feeling of soccer" (c), exactly very correct words for describing "what's you see and feel, when playing".

Thank you very much. I also think the CPU in FIFA 15 is really well programmed on Legend difficulty.

- The CPU does NOT play tiki-taka for 1–2 seconds
- Just before the end, with the score at 0-0 in the Cup, West Ham suddenly started playing long balls into the box. Crosses and, above all, long balls, as if a team desperately needed a goal.
- In the league, I was the favourite and with the score at 0-0, the CPU simply decided to play for time because a 0-0 draw was enough for them... That’s brilliant.
- I change tactics partly based on the opponent’s pressure and the score. It’s fun because I think it makes sense to change things.
- Extremely important point -> CPU goals feel like they could have been prevented. Not like in most football games where the CPU scores a goal even though you’re leading 10-1 in shots on goal and the score is 0-1 to the CPU (script rubbish)
- The CPU misses chances!
- The CPU creates chances!
- Poor shots are possible on both sides. Way off target, but it was still brilliant! Missed the ball badly? A shame, but brilliant.

After that, I played FIFA 16 on Legend difficulty and it was just tiki-taka – every pass arrives after 1-2 seconds... In FIFA 15, it’s more fun against Legend.

100% True

I think EA really just wanted to bring a beautiful game to the market with FIFA 15. Even after 140 hours, I'm still amazed at how many beautiful details the game has. It's more cohesive as a whole package (from the presentation to the footballs) than any other football game. I can't really remember how many times I've played the PS4 version.

Are these considerations of yours on FIFA 15 for PS4 or PC version?

Title update that isn't installed automatically on the EA app?
Edit:
I only play the original version on the EA app, without any mods or additional patches.

My version includes these teams, so unfortunately I can't help you with the TU4 abandonware version.

At the time I had made the leap from fifa 14 to fifa 16 and I had played very little fifa 15... I can confirm that the gameplay is superior to 16 and the CPU AI really makes the difference... not only at the legend level but also at expert level... really great AI cpu
