Didn't realize Soton were eliminated as well, that's absurd! The league's top 3 are all out of the cup on the same day, mental.

City could have got two penalties and the Boro GK played a fantastic first half, but boy they were fantasticin the second half.

Delighted for Jelle Vossen who played for my favourite team (Genk) in Belgium.

About Chelsea, i wonder how Mourinho has reacted...

mourinho reacted brilliantly no doubt, unlike lvg who was crying about the pitch and the referee, & saying everything was against him ffs, dry your eyes you twat. lvg should be embarrassed by his own comments, everything against you when you spend billions on players, every cambridge player on a free lol

love the fa cup though, this shit don't happen anywhere else..

So the PL TV rights have been sold for over £5billion

Champions will receive £156m with the bottom team receiving £99m. That's basically a 50% rise.

The existing PL deal already towered over the other leagues. This should really help PL clubs when it comes to FFP

Yes, it will help the club, but this won't help English football. The lower teams will all buy internationals from outside and the prices for EPL players will just crazily inflate cause the bottom teams don't want to go back to the Championship and lose all that money. The only way is to buy stars and it can cause lots of problems in the long run.

Imagine Burnely, W Brom, HullCity & S'land buying the top players in La Liga(Carlos Bacca/Luciano Vietto/Adúriz/Jonathas) and doubling their wages. Whether English players get better in training and somewhat step out of the shadows is all up to them.

This is bad for football. Suddenly all the EPL. Clubs are in the top 30 of the most Earring teams globally. This is madness.
Once this bubble will crack.

Yes, it is up to the players to see if they step up or not, but all players need playing time and need a chance to play/shine. That won't happen anymore and the future will be even more dire for local academies.

There is also no pretext for not having a serious drop in ticket proces now. I wonder wicht club will start. One of Sky's reasons to consider the EPL this attractive is the atmosphere in the stadiums. The fans.

I did a predictor a bit ago and had

3rd. Arsenal 75 pts
4th. Liverpool 71 pts
5th. Spurs 69 pts
6th. Utd 68 pts
7th. Soton 68 pts

I wonder how Villa would react to relegation. If they don't come straight back up it could be a long while before we see them again. Club is a mess.

This season it is so tight from 3 to 7 positions. just a win or a loss can take you from Champions League spot to nothing. Even though the top 2 are quite far away from the others, but it does give for great football

Juventus with a lot of pull on the Eastern Block! I wonder why.

I'd think it's debatable that Chelsea gets more support in Great Britain. I mean, I'm not sure neutral UK fans (most notably United and Liverpool) would declare a liking to Abramovich's mercenaries?

If they ran a survey for Middle East countries, I guess support for Man City would be soaring up

Huh, I'd of thought Arsenal would be more widely supported than Chelsea by 'neutrals' in the UK. Pretty surprised any neutrals would support Chelsea at all...

Should have been: Arsenal don't have much neutral fans in Belgium, because of what happened in Beveren (Wenger and his friend Jean-Marc Guillou destroyed the club).
