eFootball (All Platforms)

The question was whether you’d disabled it because, whilst it’s active (by default)
, it helps you against other players – who might even be nerfed by it… regardless of the filter… Also, if you’ve only just come back, the game tries to help you at the start so you don’t get frustrated, to keep you hooked on the game and, eventually, to get you to make in-game purchases… that’s the gacha game mentality.

Sorry should have clarified - I have it disabled.

It's interesting seeing so many people preferring PES 21's animations. Personally I think the eFootball animations are miles better, especially the running and dribbling. Also the ball moves very sluggishly and stops unnaturally fast in PES 21. I'd say they overdid it with the ball physics. If anything, the animations is why I struggle to play PES 21 for a long time.

My main problem with eFootball's gameplay is the GK animations which look horrible, the lack of shooting animations (I still see some finesse shot animations from PES 11), and the mechanics of shots, which always seem to move slow and don't really have the satisfying shot feeling of Fifa/EA FC, and older PES titles like PES 13 and the PS2 era games.

Have you had a chance to try eFootball Kick Off? It feels better than PC eFootball.

I did but only for like 10 minutes. The defending felt a lot more automated, but the ball control and dribbling felt a bit more responsive.

Otherwise pretty similar to the current eFootball PC version, but without the weird skip animations during dribbling they added around the time v5 released.

After some time with Kick Off on the Switch it's slowly being played less and less. I even signed up for Nintendo online services so I can try it online and the game is absolutele horse shit. Every online loser is playing with superteams that include Messi, Ronaldo etc etc....ping pong passing, no football creativity whatsoever. People are so lame

Like I said before, even at a reduced price it’s still and absolute lazy rip off and they should be ashamed releasing it like this.

I will never understand people's love for online multiplayer. After I'm done with work I want to forget about mankind.
Well, I'm old enough to be someone's granpa and I've been playing football games since they were four sticks and a square. All I ever wanted was to play versus people (brothers, friends...) and being able to play to a player from anywhere in the world was a dream come true. But you can't control how they play. I try to avoid playing the computer, I'm tired of it.

I love local multiplayer. I have a friend who's obsessed with FIFA like I am with PES. We usually drink some beers and play matches, obviously he's destroying me when we play FIFA and he's getting spanked in PES.
But I'd rather play the CPU than some strangers online.

And after that, all Pro Evolution Soccer and simulation football games fans can now happily go and throw up wherever they like

The world of eFootball now is only for little Timmys

The second Nurutto Shippuden DLC has arrived mates. Konami has listened to the EvoWeb feedback and made some changes...

Some highlights from international cup with france on legend difficulty. I enjoy the gameplay but hated that most settings are locked eventhough the mode is against AI. Illogical decision by konami yet again

efootball connect coming up soon. Do we think it's going to be a complete dud or they will finally give us something for '27?

I'm in that honeymoon period where neither me or the opponent understand the meta so most games are scrappy 1-0s which feel realistic.

I'll probably reach a point where it's limitations become frustating, but at the very least there's more potential with the engine than EA FC.

But yeah everything outside the games is incomprehensible nonsense. It's such a shame as fantasy team-building mode could be so good if it wasn't fixated on everyone having stupidly high rated players.

Master League Online in PES 2011 is still the best implementation of this.
To really enjoy this game we need the community to organise GP players based games so we can get to play without the OP skills and the meta BS.
