E3 2008

They HAVE to announce a release date for HOME this year - otherwise it'll just become a freaking joke where every E3 they say 'sometime in the near future' -- then again even if they say HOME launches december 2008... that's a bit of a piss take as they said HOME would definitely launch this year at the start of the year.

Along with that I'm expecting more motorstorm, Resistance2, killzone2, Little Big Plant... maybe some game based on the eye toy draw objects tech demos and at a push god of war 3.

I can't really think of anything else they might show... wasn't there a game some BBC journalist was going on about that he said blew his mind... something like heavy rain?
 
I'm pretty sure that BBC journalist was referring to Heavy Rain.

That was a decent opening video - although a lot of those games were mutliplatform so nothing really big for sony

Not sure about that ... maybe he meant planned exclusives.. like games counting games out and games coming?
 
Now that looked really cool - hopefully its not just a one off special part of the game like the COD1 opening scene was (beach landing)

60 player online - i heard it was more like 60 players split up into 5 vs 5 skirmishes where everyone is on one big battlefield but your 5 have to do a objective while another 5 have to defend. and so everyones little skirmishes affect everyone elses
