Haven’t played in a while. Been investing my time in recovery (nothing major) and modded FC. Last weekend Wardogs beta…

I rock a 16GB XFX 9070 XT and a 5800X3D.
 
Crimson Desert with DLSS 5. No Flickering, noise or whatsoever in motion, because the mod uses the ingame depth data. Unfortunately this only works with games that have dlss natively. Super smooth 150 fps @WQHD with DLSS Quality and 3X Framegen. The performance is so good.

When I arrived the first time at the coast of the game, I was sitting down on a stone and just soaked in the atmosphere. First thought I had, it would be so cool if I could use some ships like in Assassins Creed Black Flag.

I wanted to play this weekend but now I will wait a couple more days until the DLC drops. Well, I mean, the expansion, I mean half of a new game. 😊

They will release a new half of the game with content, adventure, new mechanics all packaged with a new caribbean theme plus underwater vertical exploration in lesser than 6 months, that's crazy :PIRATE:. What's next? Some Crimson Desert adventure in space? :DANCE:Can't wait for the expansion to be released. My GOTY!

Really cool, especially the underwater exploration... So, can any of you Crimson Desert gurus PLEASE inform me if they added some option to toggle that maddening "black & white blink effect" that happens every single time you kill a common enemy ("common", as in, NOT a boss)?

This hasn't been updated since May. I was aware of it... Doubt it works. Author sent me a message in August sayin' he was going to update the mod, but he obviously went missing.

This might work, but I'm not 100% sure... And if I'm not sure, I'm not spending a dime on this game. If it gets "released for free", then that's another story.

Shocks me that the devs are so quick to hunt for bugs (and kudos to them for that), but still haven't added options to toggle all these effects (not just this one, all the particle effects for everything you do on the game). Because of that, this particular modder (AerowynX) have to keep nailing effects by request (check the comment section of the mod).
