I saw the match. This was one of Chelsea's better matches. IMO Stoke were lucky to win and did not deserve to win the match.

Other than that i have nothing against surprise results like this, but one really can't say that Stoke was the better team.
 
Ideally you'd want that to be given as a pen, seen Aguero punished quite a few times for a similar level of honesty, but it's a dangerous road to start giving pens when no contact is made
 
Its a penalty for me.

If Remy doesn't hurdle the keeper he's taken out, its a case of where honesty doesn't reward you, guaranteed if he 'forces' the contact and goes down its a pen.

Also Chelsea played well, there just so low on confidence at the minute and along with being unlucky.

Remy should fallen instead of jumping over Butland.
It's sad that a fair player is not rewarded. If this was Costa, Chelsea would have had a penalty.

I'm pretty sure our Slovakian friend didn't watch the match. IMO this was Chelsea's best match this season.
 
It was better match for chelsea but again i think remy should be given a chance from the start, remy seemed more hungry and he tried to do something
while costa only focus is trying to pick a fight he doesnt seem interested in getting into position and trying to score

credits to remy trying to score when probably yes he shouldve went down
it happens a lot in many games and it is sad normally you wont get anything for being honest

other than the goal chelsea defence was better
overall play was better but maybe still lack a few things

costa needs to go he doesnt score and is starting to become a big risk while on the pitch of getting sent off

its still early days but if this continues soon top 4 would be out of the question

butland has been impressive for stoke hes been a big difference for them this season
 
Let Costa go back to Atletico Madrid. Never was a fan of him because of his personality and he can't offer anything for Chelsea. Always out of position on the side. Not making runs in the middle. Just plain old lazy. Not making the defender move. I am a striker by myself and his performance is a disgrace. And why is Ivanvoic playing again? On a good note, Hazard seems to be on fire today.
 
It is Godo because there not looking like winning games, however your right back to basics atleast there not conceding as many.
 
Given that winning the Europa League means CL qualification, if this good result doesn't act as a springboard for your league form it will probably be your worst result of the season in terms of CL qualification.

Or I suppose you could go on and win the CL

Ironic but you're right about that. I wouldn't put it past Chelski to go all the way in the CL. It's still a team with tremendous individuals and experience at all levels of international footie. In fact, even now it's still the only English club that seems to truly understand the "dark arts" of the continental game.
 
Humble pie catering for the lot! All I know is Hazard couldn`t wait to get off the pitch.

I think PSG will put the final nail to his coffin . One question ? Who`s the Specialist failure now Jose?
