But call of Duty is a amazing game.
To compensate for the slower targeting of an analog stick the game implements a slight lock-on feature when players look down the barrel of their gun. The targeting reticule moves towards an enemy if its relatively close when the trigger is pulled. This makes zooming incredibly useful and encourages players to move between cover points.
