It was great - Well the first half wasn't and all the goals happened at the other end - but apart from that :DD

I was near the Everton support and lots of shit started to happen - I think they were throwing stuff over to the Arsenal fans. So it got a bit hairy for a while. I thought there might be a few scuffles outside, but I don't think there was?

But it was great taking the piss out of them after being 1-0 down :DD

I think our support was really good aswell and there was alot of singing going on - I actually lost my voice for a bit after the game aswell.

I sit on the side nearer the north end and I had a great view of the scuffling in the Everton end, I had wondered why that started...

We were shite 1st half, you say about the atmosphere but it was pretty dire too until the 2nd half. We really should be making more noise generally but it only seems to happen when the team lifts us. I wish we could be more louder overall. There's nearly 60,000 of us ffs!

Thats true actually - we only seem to sing when there is a scuffle or something - like after the tackle on denilson and the little scuffle after that. Also when we got the second goal we were singing alot.

I really do think it is the type of people that go though. There are so many children these days at arsenal games - young children. I would say in the rows from me down to the pitch, it was about 80% children and I was on row 15 or something behind the goal. So that does effect the atmosphere.

With all the children I was trying not to swear - but it just kept coming out, Especially before the ref grew some balls and started punishing the Everton players for them hacking us all the time.

It is a shame the atmoshpere isn't as constant - because when we do get in the mood its great!
 
Its going to be a very tough game tonight - I would be content with a draw, seeing as most of our defence are out :SHOCK:
 
I think we'll do ok, but would still like to see Song in DMF and Djourou play with Silvestre in the middle.

They'll be pinging balls to the head of Guiza and K(rap)ezman. We need to have players stronger in the air to defend, and let Song mop up the mess in the middle so fab can do his magic. Alex' deliveries will be dangerous, so we need to be aware.

Looking for a big game from Ade. He's not been clicking of late.
 
Ade needs to be dropped in my opinion, his mind is obviously elsewhere....I would like to saee either Bendtner or Vela given a run in the side alongside RVP.
 
Perfect window for Vela i think. Can he build on his hatrick in the CC against CL opposition? I think he's more than a handful for any defence.

Would like to see Bendtner and Vela up front, but i think Wenger will leave that for the CC.
 
Bendtner and Vela do look great together - I hope we do see more of them in other stuff, other than the Carling Cup.
 
To beat a team 2-5 at there ground where they have been undefeated for 15 games at home in European competition is fantastic!!!! (They haven't been beaten at home for 3 years in europe :DD )

But I can't help but think if we were up against a Man U or a Chelsea we would have paid big time in defence!

Many times we were cut open by through balls - was pretty scary. Imagine a Rooney, Ronaldo, Drogba against that defence - We would have had a few more goals against.
