Havent given up hope yet for the Carling Cup games, thats when your "apparently" playing your weaker teams. I think we stand a chance in the cups, since you need this win in the league. But we shall see.

Comments for Bernie Slaven for Century Radio's Boro match commentry:
"I dont believe Arsenal have got out of 2nd gear"

Have you got anything good to say, or you just gonna moan about diving, when Man Utd have the worst divers in the Premiership.

BoroBoyz is a true Boro fan and he said it was a penal, so why don't you accept it was a penal.

Im not gonna despute the penalty, it was close but yes it was a penality. If anyone on here should be arguing about Arsenal diving it shud be me, coz its my team that i love dearly that is suffering from it. But i cant complain.

Up the Boro, bring on the Arsenal in the next cup game, see if we can redeem ourselves.

c'mon zico we are not the worst divers in the prem
and lets be honest nearly all teams have a player/s known for diving
it has no place in the game but sadly it still exist :(

Im taking the word of a trusted Boro commentator, and ive just heard it on tv too that it was. Anyhow Bernie Slaven is a diehard boro fan but tells it how it is. Im taking his word for it.
 
Ugo did clip Vieira. It was bluntingly obvious and Vieira had every right to go down.

Good piece of skill near the end when Henry took the ball off Mills and slid it through his legs to set-up a chance on goal. Biggest Arsenal crowd roar of the afternoon. Really nice to see Mills accepting Henry's hand at the end of the game too. Good sportsmanship.
 
Speaking of amazing skill I was watching the carling cup arsenal/wolves game at highbury and Kanu was in the 6 yard box and did this amazing dummy trick fooled the defender went past him and hit the post, that was worth the price of admission alone!

ANYWAY again back on topic, Zico is right the Arse would have won anyway today. I think Arsenal on their day are better than Man Yoo, but Man Yoo are more consistent. Im hoping the Geordies win 2moro tho, i want a close title race, make life interesting ;)

Yeah I hope they do aswell, but really Man Utd always hammer Newcastle. Hopefully Shearer scores a few.

Aliadiere looks to be out for 3-4 weeks. Huge shame as now he was looking to get some game time with the injuries to Wiltord, Bergkamp and Kanu heading off to Africa for the Cup. So who do you think will play up front for Arsenal now? Henry perhaps as a lone striker with Pires supporting from behind. Although, to a large extent, that is the case now, so it might weaken the attack. Maybe Bentley could get drafted in. It would be nice to see that.
