seeing as the editing mode isnt there i was just wondering if there will be a patch to make everything licensed (i know its early) but i remeber you could do it on ps2 by opening the iso

With the XBOX Live protection against games with modified content, I doubt it highly. But there is an outside chance that some very clever person will come along and figure something out. But not for a long, long time (a long time over six months I would say, possibly years - if any kind of loophole is found then I'm sure Microsoft will seal it up with an XBOX Live patch soon enough).
