Why is it difficult... to IMPROVE a game and NOT DESTROYING it? (PES2009)

Greetings, mates.
I've spend a... decade of my life (long enough), to playing PES... This ver. is by-far the worst. The "Jippos" made some excellent emprovements (for instance, the players' movement), but DESTROYED almost the rest of it!!!

1. AWEFULL menu graphics!... Hey, Japs, this is a FOOTIE game, not a... "Biennale 2009 Pop-art interctive show"!!!
2. The UNBELIEVABLE Japs, releashed the game in the middle of OCTOBER... with... JULY's transfers in the rosters!!!!!!!!!! I'm playing with my beloved Liverpool FC and I own (STILL!) Leto, which is player of Olympiakos S.F.P. in Greece, since... AUGUST!
3. The ball's physics... SUCKS! It looks like I'm playing football in... Mars, not in Earth!
4. The goalies are BY-FAR, the worst ever! They failling to stop SILLY shots and they're blocking THUNDERBOLDS from... 2 yards!
5. Refs... SUCKS even more, than ever! If you're playing in the hardest level, you'll NEVER finished a bloody match WITH more than... 7-8 players! This is not a footie game, anymore, it's... VOLLEY-BALL!
6. The "Jippos" also REMOVED the realistic "movement" of the players, in static goal kicks, throwballs etc. The players now, are staying STILL like Fifa's.
7. The graphics are well, but NOT IMPROVED!
8. Crowd/fans are still "poor". Stadiums/turfs are also still "poor".
9. AWEFULL SOUND/AUDIO!!! The commentary's SUCKS (very poor!) and what about this... BORRING fans' chants??? I'm playing with my beloved LFC and the UNBELIEVABLE "Jippos" recorded (ONLY) a terrible version of "The Reds go marching..."! ONLY THAT! In a 10 min games, I've heard this simple lyric OVER... 40 times!
10. Even in REGISTERED teams (Liverpool FC, for example), the stats are NOT accurated and some players are NOT LOOKING alike the real ones...

Do I have to continue?...

"Patches-masters"... WE NEED YOUR "MAGIC"!
Without a DECENT - and... HUGE! - patch, that will changing (almost) everything, the game's sucks...
Perhaps, the developers, should they... RE-DESIGN it?
 
It LOOKS TO ME... the Japs are creating PES and making "changes", deppending THEIR OWN (Japanise) needs!
I'm pretty sure, if PES was developed by EUROPEAN team, it would be TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
Jippos will transfer PES in... "MANGA" animation, one day! Believe me.

well, winning eleven was started by the japanese. it's their game.

if pes2009 is so bad for u, don't play it.

personally i think it's an improvement from the last version. it will, hopefully, keep improving in the future. pes 5,6 (which were the best in the series) came out at the end of the last gen era so i reckon the next gen version will be as good, or even better in the future, give it some time.

Mate, I didn't say I would not playing PES.
Like you said, PES 5/6 were REVOLUTION to footie games!
PES2008 was a Graphics/animation revolution, but with many "elements" destroyed.
Now... PES2009 has BETTER animation/player movement... and THAT'S ABOUT IT! Everything else, sucks! I've wrote them above; DON'T THEY BOTHERING you? EVEN the gameplay's issues?... From my part, I don't like the "new/improved" PES.
 
IMO this is the best so far. have been playing the demo for two weeks ( roll on tommorrow)and i am really starting to get to grips with it like starting to anticipate the ball movement more and scoring some cracking goals. this gameplay feels like pes 5 but without the ref blowing his whistle all the time. pes 6 was good but looking back it was a tad arcadey. then pes 2008 well the less said about that pile of crap the better. Also not bothered about crowd chants as these can be replaced.

everybody has different opinions about the game, some will like it, some don't. they can't make everyone happy.

it's just the starting of the next gen pes, they need time and ideas to make it as good or even better den the last gen versions. although slowly, at least they're improving each year. i believe pes 2010, 2011 will be even better.

so, if u don't like this version, skip it. fifa09 on console is imrpoving too, give it a try maybe. if u still don't like it, play a patched up pes6 for another year. it's still the best for me and i'm still playing it every now and then.
 
Why, almost all of you, are so "pathetic" customers and you getting manipulated from PRODUCTS' firms???
Why "we must ACCEPTING" what these pricks developing, with no COMPLAINES?
You people saying "not playing, mate, if you don't like".
So... are you like it (WHATEVER THEY DON'T changing or "destroying", in every new ver.?) or are you JUST... accepting it?
Because, if the answer is the SECOND one... this is a pathetic future for the people, NOT HAVING opinion and getting "used" by firms.

Anyway... Let's hope, lots of mates here, to make DECENT patches.

My thoughts to each of your points in turn:

It's not the best menu I have never seen but it's just a menu FFS. :)

This is a bit stupid on their part, but at least they are going to release roster updates for it.

We need some video examples, there is the odd glitch occasionally but it seems pretty good on the whole to me.

Agreed, keepers need to be improved.

Youre playing it wrong then, simple as. I dont have this problem, but I only slide tackle when I think I have a chance of winning the ball. The refs are MUCH improved over previous versions of the game, they allow a bit of physical contact, sometimes when it looks like the foul the ref tells him to get up.


6. The "Jippos" also REMOVED the realistic "movement" of the players, in static goal kicks, throwballs etc. The players now, are staying STILL like Fifa's.

A bit more movement for throw ins would be good, not required for goal kicks though.

It looks better than any previous version to me.

But no worse than previous versions of the game.
