PC Why can't I change Sheva's face?

I've installed the pesedit patch 3.3.1 which is good
but I found that I was failed when I try to change Shevchenko's face and hair.
Is it a bug or something I did wrong?
What can I do to change it??:WORSHIP::WORSHIP:
