Who is regular member in 2008 master league?

I've been playing pes 2008. I found one problem in master league.
This problem is not only in 2008, but also in other series.

After playing one match in master league, most of the players spent a lot of their stamina except some powerful players. So next game I had to replace most of the regular members with non-regulars.

Always this situation has happened again and again. So I don't know who is regular member.

Do you also think like that?

maybe you can try regulate condition?
and only select the player who's arrow is green or worse.

I do that, but it loses more stamina, lol.

Stamina is lost waaaay to easily on this game.
