Which tool can i use to unlock all the classics players?

I need a tool to unlock all the classic players. I cannot find one on google. I have the pes 2010 editor and i just cannot find a way to unlock them classics.

I dont know how to use this hex editor i have. Im using notepad ++ with the hex editor plugin in and its all jargon. Change the offset number. What the heck do they mean? I have tried searching the digits but they cannot be found.
