Where is Fred (Lyon) in Japanese WE9?

Is Fred available on Japanese version of Winning Eleven 9? I'm trying to update the Lyon squad and can't find Fred among the Brazilian players. Is he in the game with a changed name, or do I have to create him?

Do a all player search if hes not there hes not in the game.
He was created in the option file i use so hes probably not in the main game unfortuantly.

and Cruzeiro isn't in the game anymore
