What is the Different between PES2008 and Wining Eleven 2008????

What is the Different between PES2008 and Wining Eleven 2008???? (other than the reason is the Language Japanese on WE2008)
 
there is another post somewhere about this, i recall the difference is mimimal, think one or two international teams are replaced with other ones. And i believe they have add another difficulty level on top of top player. But try searching the forums
 
the differences often are the way they use to call the difficulty levels, choosing uniform for 2teams is more flexible (not fixed as just home and away in PES)
moreover, when will Winning Eleven 2008 be released?
