His message a month or so ago didn't sound good, although he seemed to be positive. He really left a legacy in the world of extreme metal. Listened to Slaughter of the soul this morning, RIP Tompa!

Tomas Lindberg, Brent Hinds, "Atomic Steif" from Sodom, Jürgen Bartsch from Bethlehem, Ozzy. Not a good year for metal so far.

so sad buddy, its been a shit year
Saw ATG in 2023 wgen they played the whole Slaughter album back to back life, a top three concert for me.
Think this and LG from Entombed hit the hardest for me the past years
RIP
