i never trust reviews, always wait until i play the game myself...it's the only way!! the current xbox 360 version is stripped down to the bare bones, but i still like certains aspects of it and still enjoy playing it to death

The thing is I cannot download demos of any games for whatever reason and I don't wanna take the risk to buy a game and then be dissapointed and I do read like 6 or 7 reviews of a game before buying it.

I know this famous goal and the trick is not exactly the same as the one Ronaldo/Drogba use.Redondo If I remember well used his back heel to nutmeg a United player whereas Ronaldo/Drogba use it to suddenly change direction using the side foot .However both tricks are really close and it doesn't really matter who invented it ,the fact is that it's in the game (wait did I just write this sentence ? :mrgreen

man, who gives a flying f*** about who invented the trick. shit i remember when WE9 came out along with the trademark elastico or flick flack or flip-flap or whatever you want to call it. people were saying ronaldinho invented it, others say R9 did it first and bullshit like that. who cares? all i know is WE is always better at improving their trick canvas than FIFA.

The "ignore" button is there for a reason, if you don't want to hear what I or anyone else has to say then press it rather than resorting to name-calling.

About Teamvision: I am optimistic that this will make a difference. We commented overhere about this part of the translation:

We would have liked to tell you more about the new Teamvision-feature. But we didn't see anything of a learning or adapting AI during our 3 hour trial-session. The gameplay seems to be only minimally changed from the brilliant predecessor.

Translation:
"Wingplay seems less effective though"
This makes a huge difference! The man tried to play over the wings and he did not manage to be effective. In other words, Teamvision adapted it's formation to avoid effective wingplay!
Especially the somewhat uncertain way he putted it, seem to hint that he was not sure about it. If the man took 3 hours to still be not sure, the Teamvision apparantly changed all the time and the reviewer could not come to a certain point of view!

It's just that with PES4, PES5, and PES6 resembling each other, you never read a review that said "nothing seems to have changed"...

It's a fact that PES4 was fast, PES5 was slow, PES6 was a bit faster. With many subtle and other obvious changes.

Now here, we're looking at the NEXT-GEN version of the game, and we read "pretty much nothing has changed" regarding the gameplay.

And in addition to that, the graphics are "nice" and lack any WOW effect.

I was soo excited about the whole learning AI "Teamvision" once it was announced. I always dreamt of a game that I can't fool twice using the same play in the same match. However, now we have two sources that say they didn't feel Teamvision AT ALL while playing.

So maybe some less ethusiasim is warranted.

And "It's in the game" Brought back some memories

I still can't get over the fact that Konami said that fans requested the diving feature.If it's about realism ,time waisting is commonly used in football.I want to have some free clock in the game with no time stopping when you take a throw in ,free kick,goal kick,corner and whatever .If you were to waist time on a free kick or goal kick for example the ref would book ,if you'd waist time during a throw in it'd be given to the other team.That's some realism and it should really go well with diving feature in the whole process to make the closest footie simulation ever .

I just want the game to be harder on a more realistic way.I mean the CPU has a good break 2v1 ,the guy with the ball will try to set up his team mate before he's closed down or before the offside .More realistic decision making from the CPU will be good

i hopefully look forward to defenders actually trying to prevent me (Joaquin) from using my pace and skill in order to get my cross in and not cheating and catching me up even though I (Joaquin) has loads of pace.

anyone here remember Real Madrid vs Valencia this past season, remember what Joaquin did to Miguel Torres for the Valencia goal?
