Cool, they have added the mexican wave to the supporters.

Its a HT mini game to get some extra achievements with regard to the stadiumbuilder. The better the wave, the better the atmosphere, the more tickets sold for the next home game.

why program in a mexican wave? what is the point. you dont even see the crowd during the match it is just putting extra strain on the console, that according to previews is already struggling. (framerate issues)

But surely The better the wave means you're team is doing well in ML which would naturally result in better atmosphere which would mean more tickets sold for the next home game.

Whats wrong with that?

It is wrong because NOBODY gives a fuck of these little things when in game you can't use long passes, when you have few animations, when the shooting system is flawed, the AI is crap and all the other things which are TRULY important in a football game instead of stupid mexican wave or whatever. Damn.

I give a fuck, I use long passes, we've been told that the animations are excellent in game and that the AI is better.

I guess you can't please everyone.

I'm sorry for being rude. What I meant is, PES has some major gameplay issues. Everyone would agree that the game would be better if there was an effort to improve them. When you hear of useless things like fans in pubs, post-match interview and mexican waves it can be pretty irritating.

the shovel wave means slide tackling. In other words, the mag says that its much more difficult to perform slide-tackles effectively

Harsh urbanspy, harsh.

A mexican wave could be cool and add atmosphere, everyone has asked for a more lively crowd and this is much more important than cloth physics or untucked shurts or sweat trickling down C. Ron's smooth tanned young face.

I do hope they have C. Ron's sculpted Adonis physique when he rips off his tight top that clings to his body, hugging every curve though (purely for realism).

If I want cheerleaders in bikini's and fans throwing shit on the pitch in PES 2008 then i can say that on here. if you have something to say in reply then say it without insulting the person.

I agree with Urban spy here.

In my opinion, anyone that would prefer a Mexican wave over a proper game engine overhaul is an idiot. Therefore he was right to label him one.

My opinion is that Tobi would defend Konami if they said the biggest feature of the new game was going to be a new collection of shark hats.

That's my opinion of course.

Do people REALLY give a shit about the mexican wave? Apart from the texas border control??There are far more important issues to deal with in the game.Typical japanese trying to be american crap..Fucking cheerleaders mexwaves and halftime bullshit shows,halftime we want pies not hotdogs,fulltime it's a draw not a pissing bloody shoot out..Stupid bastard shit.:mad::nono:
