My brother can't get the game to work on his new vista computer.

Should he just return the game.

Or is there hope for him?

i can work on Vista notebook...should check the graphic card or hardwear.

Yeh this game works perfectly for me and i have Vista...maybe Vista isnt your problem??

Did you say right click and start as administrator?

When I right click on the game in xp I don't see an adminstrator option? When you right click on the game icon on vista will it give an administrator option then?

Also could you please tell me where my brother has to go on his vista to tell him his hardware specs? So then I can tell you guys his graphics card etc information.

My game has worked fine under vista both 32 bit and x64.

You brother should try the right click and run as admin, also try to righclick and properties and change compatibility to xp sp 2 compat mode.

also tell him to update dx 9( download latest version from microsoft) and also update audio and gfx drivers.

He should make sure he has downloaded directx9 as vista comes with dx10 but games still need dx9. Get it off of microsoft website if he hasn't got it yet.

When you say it wont work, will it install? Does it crash when he tries to run it?
