I'm having a bit of trouble. I've created a youtube account but i've epically failed to upload my PES replays. I've located the bins but i'm guessing i have to convert them to something?

It seems Youtube can't play bin files? Can somebody please help me as i have some replays i'd like to share. Thanks.
